We have consistently received great service from Mr. Everything Handyman since 2013. Issues they have resolved for us have ranged from fixing garage doors that would stick, re-caulking showers and tubs, repairing minor water damage to a bathroom wall, repairing a shower knob that had disengaged from the internal mechanism, fixing a broken toilet to minor electrical work.

It's not just that things are always repaired well, but the positive interactions we have with the staff. They are always very thorough and polite, explain things well and never leave a mess. And the folks who answer the phones and set up the appointments are great as well. They do have busy periods where it's not possible to get on their schedule right away, but I find the wait to be worth it.

It took a week to get a response to my initial phone call, and another week for them to send someone just to get an estimate. The employee promised an estimate the next day. A week later, no estimate has been received. I tried to reach out to the employee who reviewed the work, and he didn't respond. When I called the main number to inquire about the estimate, they didn't know where it was. I'll be moving on to other options.
