Modern Tile was a joy to work with on our recent renovation! The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. Working with their designer and viewing samples in their showroom was incredibly helpful in picking tile for a bathroom and LVT for a bedroom. We are thrilled with the final results!

This multi generational family business knows the flooring industry inside and out. They can accommodate any budget and are top notch on their quality of installation. If you are looking for the best flooring, the best price and a headache free experience, this is the company to use. They have done 3 of our houses and I wouldn't even think about using anyone else! You will not be disappointed with the decision to choose modern tile. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. We just had our floors redone in our store and they went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right flooring with the new vision we were creating. Absolutely aweful and dishonest. Went to their showroom as requested by my General Contractor to select carpet and tile for our home underconstruction with a decorator. The selection for the tile and carpet was very limited. We spent 3 hours there trying to make things work with a Modern Tile sales associate. Since the decorator and my fiancee were most interested in this process, my role was relegated to two things. #1, that I did not hate what they selected and #2, to make sure it was in budget.
So after every selection my comment was, " is it in our budget"? If the sales associate said "no it would cost more", I vetoed it. So after three hours of trying to make their limited selection to work in sync, and verifying with the sales person that each tile selection and all carpet selections were in budget ( except for the master bedroom carpet upgrade), which was verified in person, by the Modern Tile salesperson, face to face with the decorator, my fiancee and I in the same room, face to face, wow did we get a surprise.
Our General Contractor presented us with an upgrade charge on the tile to the tune of about $2500.00 for tile we were told was in our budget, but really didn't even love., do to the poor selection. After going back and forth with the General Contractor, showing our outrage and disappointment, Mondern Tile lowered the extra charge to about $440.00. Knowing how much time, my General Contractors Staff, the decorator, my finacee and I put in, I said, I am still very disappointed in Modern TIle for not being truthful during our visit, but in order to get this process behind us and move forward, I will split the cost of the difference in their error with them and pay half of their overcharge. Modern Tile declined my offer. I told my General Contract, I would not purchase anything from Modern TIle and could not trust them, and did not want them in my home.

Modern Tile and Carpet did a beautiful job with my recent kitchen remodel. The porcelain wood grain tile they recommended looks wonderful. We had it installed throughout our home and are very pleased with the choice. I would highly recommend Modern Tile and Carpet. This family owned company is top notch, exceeding our expectations.
