Premier Garage Door Repair Spokane

I had a garage door spring break. They sent someone out to look at it and didn't have the parts on hand. Just to come look at the door, they charged me an $80 service fee. All they did was measure the spring. I get the time and stopping by, but no work was technically done and my door is still broken.

Poor service and repairs by this company. Had to call another company to fix all installation problems created by them. Door was not up to code per other company. A total waste of money so I would go someplace else.

Was told they would be out between 8-10. No calls, nothing. After contacting them at 2:30 that same day they said they tried to call. Um no, no one called to either of the two numbers we left. Don't bother. There are places that are far more professional than this song and dance place.;

When their repairman shows up and says "Believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see". don't take him lightly. $200 spent for a 10' piece of wire and a door that previously worked sometimes but doesn't work at all now. Was later told I should scrap all the workings on the door and install a new and different drive system, all for only an additional $900.

I live out of Ritzville wa and was in the beginning so impressed when they said they could be here the following day between 8am and 10am. Took the morning off work to make sure i was here to show them the issue but no tech arrived. Called after 12pm and they said they were running late but yet no tech arrived yesterday. Today i called and asked for an update and they took my name and number and had a young man call back about 15 minutes later and asked if i had called about a service i said yes and his exact words were "you might wanna try someone else cause we don't go out that far" and hung up the phone on me. I have no problem if they didnt service my location but don't agree to be here then not show up.

I had my garage door stop on a Sunday. I called and within 30 minutes and technician Chris was here. He was super nice and showed/explained to me the problem. He went back to his store and was able to get everything he needed to fix it the same day! The price was very reasonable and seemed no more expensive considering it was on a Sunday. I will keep his number on file for our yearly maintenance from now on!

Brandon was awesome. He was on time for scheduled quote and showed up very nice, clean and respectable. He was very informative, trustworthy and made us feel comfortable choosing what to repair and understanding our options. He also ordered a part and fixed garage within shortest amount of time possible. I would recommend this company and especially Brandon Thanks for doing a great job.

Called Premier Garage Door Repair last night and scheduled a next day service repair on my double garage door. That morning Jeremy called to confirm appointment and showed up on time with the correct parts. His professionalism and customer oriented service was exceptional. Jeremy fixed my garage door! He came out same day we called and was able to fix the wiring. Our door wouldn't go down when we pushed the button so we had to pull it down manually (which wasn't easy for me) and the wall button wasn't working at all. He was able to fix everything in under 20 minutes and get it working again. Thanks so much for your speedy and thorough work!

Jeremy is awesome, would definitely recommend him. He's kind, respectful and very helpful to explain everything to an old lady like me, who doesn't know a thing about garage doors. He explained what I needed to do to maintain my door in great working order!
