Services
Irrigation
Report
Our irrigation department employs licensed technicians and irrigators. All contracted irrigation systems are inspected and the controllers are set for the appropriate time settings dictated by seasonal needs and SAWS mandates. Upon completion of the inspections, if repairs are needed, reports are emailed to the property manager or owner indicating necessary repairs and estimated costs.
Maintenance
Report
All improved or irrigated turf areas are mowed to a cutting height dictated by the season and the conditions of the turf. All turf areas will be mowed with rotary type mowers with sharp blades at all times. Weed-whacking type equipment is used only on trimming and edging operations and only in those areas where rotary mowers cannot be utilized efficiently.

If their driving is any indication of their service, i would hire the three blind mice before them. Their work truck with a flat bed trailer ran me off the road at 281 and brook hollow. They are reckless and show no regard to other drivers.

MLC Landscaping, I am sure your company does amazing landscaping, but your workers who park on Shingle Oaks are disrespectful to the people who live in the neighborhood along that street, by leaving behind their trash or beer bottles, coffee cup, cigarette packets, soda bottles etc etc. I stopped in today and called yesterday, and got the answer " we can't hold the workers hands, there is nothing we can really do about it.".

You are the owners, and maybe you and your office staff should go out and take the 15 minutes it took me today to clean most of the trash up. A landscaping company should take pride in the property around them, not trash it. This is not the first time I have addressed this matter with your office.
