When I moved into my current rental house, the carpet still had odors from the previous tenant's pets. The cleaning company the property manager sent out was good but wasn't able to get rid of the smell, which came back after a few weeks. Since they were unable to do any better, I contacted Chem-Free. They had availability 2 days later. The technician that came out was named Nick.
He was extremely professional, friendly and polite. He explained the process well and worked diligently. The price was fair and the work was top notch. I have had no problem with odors ever since and it has been several months.

EXCELLENT! Nat arranged a speedy visit and quote and worked with dates to suit needs. The cleaning was excellent on carpet, tile in kitchen and bathrooms and sofa upholstery. The process took about 2.5 hours for four rooms of carpet plus the tile and upholstery. The carpet dired within two hours. Rates were very reasonable. Great service all the way!

I am very particular about service and his service and professionalism was top of the line.
