I called to see if they had American Olean Mirasol Tile in stock and if they can get it ordered but the guy kept giving me one line answer, " No we don't" If you aren't happy about getting these calls then get yourself off the authorized dealer list.

Seven years ago Scott and the team installed beautiful flooring in our new "empty-nest" home. Looking for a carpet change and on a whim, I visited another store, secured measurements and a price of $800. Today I trotted back to Carpet Consultants, chose a nicer carpet for over $200 less! I'm sorry I strayed and glad I came to my senses!

I've gone there 3 times for estimates on my bathroom flooring and never showed up that never called and they never take care of me! I have gone there three different times, in the last three years to give them an extra chance and they've always failed. They seem friendly enough, but never follow through!

Always have had nothing but good results. Been using them on multiple homes. Even have had them do work in a multiple million dollar home. Great prices/ Great installers.

We built new (Springboro), CC came in and installed carpets. Seams were everywhere. But the icing on the cake was when we inquired about the 1 foot piece of carpet at a doorway. When we asked why anyone would put a 1 foot by 3 ft piece of carpet we were told BY THE OWNER that we were trying to save you money by not cutting a new piece to fit.ridiculous excuse to say the least (400k house by the way.).

My guess is that the salesman didn't order enough carpet and the installer didn't care either. Bottom line is they make excuses and do not stand by their product or installation.
