SEA Studios, PC (formerly Sanford Epstein and Associates) was founded in 1984 in Atlanta, Georgia. We've been in business for over 30 years and have helped designed and manage the constructions of millions square feet of space for clients in the following industries including commercial, retail, hospitality, corporate, healthcare, education, community and much more.

Our projects span across the US and include everything from new design to renovation and expansion. In addition to architecture and consulting, we offer services in land planning, space planning, interior design, and sustainability design.
