Not happy with service at all. Service person did not do anything at all. My issue is that motor to fridge does not stop running. Service person told me no, it is shutting off. No diagnostic, no test. Told me to clean the vent in back of fridge every 3 month. Waste of time, waste of money.

First scheduled appointment on Thursday 10/25 6-9pm cancelled approx 2pm that day. Then the rescheduled appt for Friday 10/26 between 6&9pm, cancelled at 6:10pm. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Kathleen was not very empathetic. She tried to reschedule for Sunday bet 1&5pm, I said I'm not convinced this appt will be kept, Kathleen told me to find someone else on a Friday evening if I need the fridge looked at that bad. It was easy to schedule with their 24 hour live phone availability.* Joe arrived early for the appointment, so we were done 45 minutes before he was even scheduled to arrive! He was quick, informative and friendly. Unfortunately, I need a new fridge, but I'm very satisfied with the service from Allboro. I definitely my recommend them. (*20 hours later, I'm still awaiting a callback from a different provider.)
