I had a problem with a business that I had sent a product in to be repaired. The business charged me for repair but months went by and I never received my product back. The business quit answering my emails and text. I contacted the BBB and they contacted the business giving the BBB a ton of excuses. I got my item back 1 week later. The BBB is the place to go when you are getting the run around.highly recomend.

After reading instructions I personally understood that it seems if you file a complaint about a company or business it would be investigated but I also was left feeling like if you did file a complaint it would just be put on their record for a short amount of time or not at all if they responded with Correct wording (meaning if they could show they attempted to rectify the issue, attempted is vague at best meaning as little as responding with how can we assist You with helping us understanding the issue)to Satisfy BBB.
The better the Company/Business they will go above and beyond not to have any unhappy customers even thou some people are never happy! I believe BBB participants will make more efforts to improve after complaints are filed.

Very bad service at this company. Contracted with them to setup a DBA for me. Sent documents completed documents by Express Mail. USPS said it was delivered on time, they claim they did not receive for 5 days. Cancelled my order and requested my money back. Someone from Cancellation department will contact me in 48 business hours to process.

I have been a customer of Entergy for ten years-I've always paid my bills and on time. In September 2021 the company disconnected my service due to an error committed by an employee. Was on the phone with the billing dept for seven hours one day, three the next. Billing reps are idiots. Have no idea how to do anything except get you to pay them. Company refused to reimburse me for the hotel bills, food spoilage and replacement groceries. Charged me a $150 deposit because they canceled my account and started a new one-AND THEY WERE AT FAULT! Their billing errors cost me $1,500. Run from any home or apartment you are considering if Entergy is the electricity provider. The corporation is as evil as ENRON.
