This company installed a shower door August of 2015. It worked great for a few years, but then the door stopped closing all the way. I paid them to come back out and adjust the door so it would close properly. A few months ago, it started to not close again, so I called to see if they can repair it or quote me for a replacement door. I left two messages for Wallace to call me back.
He finally did and said he would be back in touch. He never called me back. I called two more times and left two more messages, but he has never returned my call. I have another company coming out to replace my door. Let's hope it lasts longer than 7 years.

These guys did the showers, and more in my new Eagle home. Mirrors, towel racks, etc. All first-class. After closing I had them install several "smart-deadbolts" and misc fixtures. Again, excellent work. They really do 'more' than shower doors lol. It's a company that answers the phone when you call, they still do things personally like a mom & pop company. The man I deal with is Wallace. He knows your name when you call him and takes time to listen. Also shout out to Matt, a real gentleman. Thanks guys!
