The challenge is to provide an interesting and well-planned retail design that maximizes the site and accommodates a variety of tenants, from restaurants and businesses to those with custom needs.

Watermark has worked with some of the nation's major hotel brands along the Gulf Coast, including Wyndham, Choice, Best Western and Holiday Inn. From Pell City to Pensacola, we've worked with local contractors and hotel owners to adapt and develop prototypical designs to fit specific site conditions and needs.

Watermark Design Group provided architectural services for the Administration Building additions and renovations. Watermark was selected from a competitive field of design firms to design a single-story, pre-engineered steel building on slab-on-grade, metal roof and walls, including a concrete storm shelter.
