Estimators were timely, listened, gave good objective advise, were proactive in making suggestions about types and quality of paint; painters were fantastic -- very clean, house looked great; post-painting follow-up found and fixed spot-issues that we didn't even see. Price was absolutely competitive. I rarely respond to follow-up surveys but we were impressed enough for me to break my habit. Am giving them my highest recommendation.

We partnered with 360 Painting to paint our entire interior, including walls, trim, and ceiling before moving into a new home. The contracting process was smooth and informative. From the time David arrived until we signed the contract he was engaged, informative, and responsive. Once the project started we got to work with Daniel and his team. Daniel was early to the site every day and was extremely professional.
Throughout the entire process, Daniel went out of his way to ensure we were getting the results we expected. He made recommendations we would never have thought of, such as painting the ceilings of certain bathrooms satin vs flat to help with moisture. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the project. The team completed the project in 4 days, 2 days faster than we anticipated. They even added scope to the project and repaired / painted our chimney. I would highly recommend 360 Painting.

Contacted them for an estimate on staining a deck and estimate on painting exterior of house. Office POC was prompt and polite. She scheduled the estimate and their POC (Chris) showed up on time. His card said he was the President. He walked the house and deck seemed very knowledgeable. Process took about 30 min. He stated I would have the estimate that day or next day.
Four days later I had nothing. I contacted the office and the same Office POC responded that she was glad I let her know and she would send a note to Chris. Another week went by and still nothing. I contacted ger again and she said how sorry she was for all this and said she would send Chris and his boss a note. Three days later I still have not been contacted by anyone at 360 Painting in Ann Arbor MI.
I don't know if their work is good or not but the way they treat potential coustmers is horrible no customer service or professionalism at all! I even asked them if they were too busy for the job-just tell me but I never got a thing. So good luck if you reach out to this bunch! Oh and the only reason I gave them a one star rather then no star at all is because of the initial response of the office POC.

We hired 360 Painting to paint the exterior of our home. This was not an easy job as we have a highly pitched roofline. David and his crew were so professional, courteous and clean and did an immaculate job painting. There was some weather delays and the staff informed us every step of the way. Color swatches were given to us to choose our color and David got the paint and we had nothing to worry about it. 360 Painting should be recommended to anyone needing professional painting. We hired them again for another job and two of our neighbors also hired them. Great job! I'm a very happy customer!

Being newly retired, I thought that when we moved into our new home that I would just do the painting myself. Well, it didn't take me long to figure out that I am not a painter and needed some help. We contacted 360 Painting of Williamson County and within just a short time, General Manager, David Goforth, was at my house and gave me an estimate to finish what I had started.
The estimate was extremely reasonable and we immediately scheduled a time and date for my house to get painted. After the house was finished, David and Taylor both came to the house and did a walk through to check the quality of work that was done and wanted to know if we were happy with the end results. And of course we were extremely pleased and I would highly recommend 360 Painting of Williamson County to anyone that is needing any painting done!

Imagine thinking it's a good idea to paint all of your interior walls while working from home and elearning two young children. Sounds like a nightmare right? Well not with 360 Painting. We are just finishing up a 4 day project in our house and I can't say enough about how wonderful the workers have been. They have been great! Hard working, flexible, respectful and extremely efficient! I highly recommend this company. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and the people!

If I could give it a zero i would. Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not do business with them. Ray would Not follow through and call you names if he doesn't like what you say to him and might harass you if you post a review about him.do not work with this company, I'd avoid them just because of Ray. If he represents the company and they are ok with it then the company allows such behaviour and even encourages it.
Nothing h has been done about him. He is still working there. By the way they changed their name from inStyle remodeling to 360 painting and remodeling probably because of their bad reputation now thanks to Ray.

My husband and I hired this company to come paint our new construction home before we moved in. We closed yesterday and received a confirmation email about meeting today to start the project. This morning, my husband sat at our house for over an HOUR waiting and NOBODY showed up. We didn't get a call or an email explaining that nobody was coming. Pretty unprofessional, and now it's back to the drawing boards.

I was recommended by friends this company was good. They have an interesting pricing model and are not really bad. However, the items quoted and the items painted were not the same and now they will not refund items they did not paint. Found a LOT of shadows, and they did not do a good clean up. Lots of items had drip paint on them. One of the rooms still had tape on the trim.
Unless you speak Spanish, and hound them on every wall I don't think this company is for you. They even broke my bed when they moved it. Also, DON'T pay them until they are finished and you are happy. Getting a refund is impossible and they lie. I had to report them to the bank and challenge charges.

I originally found http://titanpainterschicago.com on Google but they're not doing wallpapering at the moment so they referred me to 360 Painting and I'm so glad they did! Sammy the manager took my call and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I don't know a lot about painting so the phone call did last quite a long time, over 45 minutes.
I don't think I detected any irritation in his tone. Sammy was very patient with me and made sure I knew what was being done and provided different options for me. I wasn't forced to get the most expensive option either, I was given a choice to choose the best value package for my home. Being a new business, I relied heavily on first impression and Sammy did not disappoint.
Every step of the way, I was informed and was told about what will happen next. The attention to detail was second to none. I felt like I was appreciated as a customer and saw the pride they took in their work. The final product came out exactly as I was expecting. Honestly if there's one complaint to be made, it would be that I wish 360 Painting was available in the West Coast, specifically California, my home before I moved, so I could refer them to my friends and families over there! This company was recommended, so I did not read the reviews. But Ray is very Unprofessional, RUDE and lacks customer service. I made a call while the painters were on the job for clarity because I was not there. The call went to Ray. Immediately, started to yell. I did not get my questions out. When I was calling for clarity of pricing, the quote, and future scheduling to complete the ceilings.
That would have satisfied the issue. I did not know that a quote for a bedroom did not include the ceiling. There was no chance to even have a conversation with Ray because he felt scolding someone was his job. He continued to yell wasn't your original quote this.(which I communicated during the original quote to send an itemized quote per room because everything would not be completed at once).
And it said walls here. Some areas on the quote said room, walls, ceiling. I did not know the lack of being consistent in the write up removed the ceiling from a room or area. But again, no chance to communicate that. He's still yelling "You people are ridiculous and I'm pulling my guys off the job." Then he hung up. In shocked, I called back but he did not answer. Whoa!

Instyle was the higher of 2 quotes we got for repainting of our first floor and kitchen cabinets. We chose them over the other vendor since the salesman seemed more knowledgeable and we wanted everything to look great. We were told the project would take 5 days. After the 2nd day, we rec'd a call they were done. However, the work was very shoddy and when we approached them about our concerns, the salesman became defensive, even yelling his voice to my husband and telling him he was being ridiculous.
When the lead painter came back to fix some of the initial issues, he yelled at me in front of my two toddlers - my husband was not home at the time and I did not feel safe alone in the house with him. In hindsight, I should not have let him in. There were 2 main issues: (1) the sheen we selected was not the sheen used on our walls. I even handed a can of the sample paint (with "matte" typed on it) to the lead painter to ensure there would be no issues.
To our shock, the walls were shiny when we got home on Day 2. They only said they would repaint with the matte finish if we purchased the paint, at an additional expense of $500! Second, we have since found a lot of paint on the inside of our white plantation shutters. In fact, almost every shutter has splatters of paint on it when you look through the windows. We will have to fix this ourselves as I refuse to work with this vendor again.

They say when you hire a contractor you want three things: Quality, Speed and Low Price. Unfortunately, you only get to pick two of those. I recently used InStyle Remodeling for a house I was flipping in Plano, Texas. InStyle was able to give me all three. The house had been a rental for 7 years and the previous tenants were not kind to my house. There were many holes; walls painted with dark colors; all the doors and moldings needed to be replaced; the cabinets were greasy and needed to be painted and we had to get rid of 40-year old popcorn ceilings.
It was a pretty big size job considering it was only sheet rock repair and interior and exterior paint. InStyle Remodeling was the lowest bidder, finished the job from start to finish in less than 4 weeks while working around my other contractors, and the house is absolutely stunning. How stunning? We had 55 scheduled showings in 48 hours and accepted a cash offer, which was 6% over asking price, on the second day. Honestly, it was the fastest flip I've ever done that needed the magnitude of work that this house needed and InStyle was a big part of making my deadline.

We bought a house in Plano, TX and it needed ALOT of work - specifically drywall work. There were alot of cracks, holes, etc. Every wall needed to be repainted. We got other quotes that were 3-4 times as expensive as Instyle. Instyle came out to quote and were reasonable and friendly. The quote was very reasonable. Ray even came out a second time to ensure he had eveything correct.
They painted the whole house, and it looked night and day difference. They even helped with color selection a bit. Their Drywall guy is AMAZING! He fixed so many cracks and holes that they were concerned could not get fixed. (Underpromise and overperform in a way). Anyhow, it came out wonderful. After they finished there were a few spots that needed some corrections, however they were very minor and Ray and Michael were very responsive and even came out in the evening and weekend to fix these issues.
Highly recommend, Great Prices, Friendly, and will do ANYTHING to correct any problems, even if it means less profit for them. Why can't all contracting business be like this? We wish they could have done all of our remodeling!

I have nothing but good things to say about instyle painting. Everything Gary and Ray(our salesman) said would happen, did happen. They came in and did a final walk through to make sure we were happy with it before we had to pay. I can promise you, that you won't be disappointed with their work either. Lines were all straight, no spots, and I thought the workers were especially nice. Anyone who left a bad review was probably looking for a reason to be mad that day. Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for and I got terrible customer service, missing items, beer cans in my trash, terrible quality and unprofessionalism. I'm literally sick to my stomach after dealing with this company and seeing all the problems they left. I also have 50 pictures that I'm not sure how to get on here of their poor work and an audio of the two workers being rude to me and cursing.
I just hope they don't treat everyone the same. My wife got harassed cause I left them a bad review on yelp. Blessings! Be sure to read all the recommended comments to where all the real customers review this company.

I only gave this company 1 star I would of given a Minus 1 if I could of had that option. I requested a free home estimate along with many others by the way. And the owner/mgr named Ray showed up. I tried to explain my ideas of paint and colors and he said I'm NOT concerned with any of that Really? Isn't that part of your job to see what the Customer has in mind?
So he proceeded to do his walk around and Pointing out Every Negative thing about the job? He said oh you will have to leave your home no pets, no elderly no people with asthma and on and on. I get it you DO NOT want this job! But to be so arrogant in his manners was so unacceptable as a person only asking for his services. The WORST thing happened at the end when HE actually sends my invoice to my E-Mail right in front of me and says. You should have my estimate already on your E-Mail? SERIOUSLY he said that and walked out the door! NEVER do Business with a Person so rude. Beware!

They got me the cheapest quote, almost half price compare to other companies so I had them paint my house. However you will get what you paid for. The owner, Gary, do not communicate with painting guys at all. Painting guys are unprofessional. They know how to finish quickly but do not expect any details such as filling the holes, uninstalling blinds, or finishing up. Runny painting, ugly textures, and blotch finishes are everywhere.

I really wanted to love this company. I needed my home painted in a hurry. They gave me the best quote and were available within my timeframe. My first complaint is that you can never get a live person when you call. Although, Gary did call me back within an hour when I requested a quote. The painters showed up on time and for the most part were professional.
They left in a hurry, and left a few fixtures that they covered to paint, covered up; they did NOT fill any of my nail holes - even though I offered them the supplies to do so before they started. They also got paint on the carpet in just about every room in the house. There was also this very unsightly ridge from paint on one of the walls, that wasn't there before.
I also purchased a brush from the paint store that I would use later on to do touch-ups and that disappeared with the painters. I emailed Gary a couple days later w/ my complaints. He tried to do a little service recovery and offered to have someone come out the following Monday. I told him that I could do any day but Monday. He said he'd figure out another day. I haven't heard from him despite follow up emails and calls - that was over a month ago.
