Ameriguard Security Systems

Bad company that never learnt how to behave towards shareholders. They care zero about early investors who help their company to grow in the early stages. The opposite it the case. Ameriguard stays quiet for 10months, while giving not one hint where this all is going to end. The past reverse stock split destroyed any prospects for a ROI that investors are looking for to justify an investment. AmeriGuard just watching the stock going down day after day until all believers in Ameriguard lost their whole investment in the company.

Many people trusted AmeriGuard and put their hard earned savings and retirement money into their stock AGSS. Thank you AmeriGuard for all this. Wished I never learned about your company and I truly hope that you don't treat customers the same way you treat, capital givers, investors and shareholders. I feel deeply sorry for all the people who trusted and believed in you from the very beginning. They don't deserve to be treated like they are not existing just to make profit out of them and to take advantage of their willingness to invest in your company

Horrible company. Had nothing but problems with AmeriGuard. Not use them for your security services, find a more reputable company.

Edit/update: A submission has been made on 3/22 to cancel the Authorized share increase to 3 billion and keep the authorized share count at 500 million. The reverse split remains, even so with the action to cancel I feel much more confident with the way the share structure is. I don't know if Ameriguard saw this review and listened or if it was done by coincidence the company has still not released anything publicly, but if they do happen to see this, thank you. f I could give this company a lower rating I would. Discovered that Ameriguard, which appeared to be a reputable and growing company intended to begin trading publicly and had purchased a shell.

Approximately 6 months later, and not even a peep from the company in regards to plans or intent. It was revealed recently through another source, that the shell the company purchased which had a promising share structure as is, applied for authorized shares to be increased from 500million to 3 billion shares and that there would be a 20:1 reverse split. Shares would go from roughly 68million down to only about 2 million.

This suggests the share structure is set up in such a way where the company intends to only raise money by constant dilution where share holders who invest will only lose money. While I understand that these are the risks associated with investing, it is the lack of communication that is concerning and what ultimately has brought me to write this review.

This company has already established through its actions a reputation of being an investment scam. I hope this company can soon learn that creating a strong communication bond between its investors is what attracts investors and not constant silence before it fully destroys its publicly traded prospects.

I feel scammed by this company. Hike Vision and the actual system is good, but the company itself, its not. Good communication and very good liars here. The system is a gift from a program yet I ended up paying 69 dollars in labor that wasn't completely finished initially. This review is for all the victims out there who can get this system free through the program, don't choose Ameriguard. So sorry for the review Ameriguard.

Ameriguard has been offering security services for our business for a very long time. Their customer service is great. I called needed guards for an event very last minute and they did everything they could to accommodate. Their guards Naomi and Teresa were very personable and professional. Thanks AGS for a job well done.

AmeriGuard Security installed systems at both my home, as well as my family's business. Their customer service was one of the best I have ever experienced. Every employee I was in contact with was extremely helpful, welcoming. and went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered, and my needs were met. I will definitely be referring AmeriGuard to all of my family and friends.

Very professional staff. They gave me a complete walk through estimate for securing my home as it had been broken into twice in the previous year. The estimate was free and reasonable and I will now be a lifelong Ameriguard alarm customer. I also have read some other reviews here that seem to be about their stock symbol **? and are obviously unrelated to the company staff & services.

I will be looking into adding some of "my savings" toward the expansion of Ameriguard after seeing how well run this company is. 5 stars is not enough I wish I could give 10.

I recently became aware that AmeriGuard Security was going public, I am already familiar with the process it takes to become a public entity and I am okay with waiting. Seeing all of the negative reviews about AmeriGuard is really shocking, I myself have called and tried getting information about when they will be out of the "quiet stage" and they politely gave me a time estimate and directed me to the FINRA website and took my name and email down so that when they are officially public I will be on a news letter.
