Kyle T is fabulous. He called me day of visit to keep me apprised of his timing. I thought I had some fire sprinkler heads leaking but found out the source of leak is more likely my roof. Kyle did a thorough inspection and help me troubleshoot the root cause. He tested my fire system including alarm bell. Making minor adjustments to ensure my alarm would go off when appropriate.

He then showed me how I could perform ongoing maintenance checks on my own. As well as what to look for. If you think you have a fire sprinkler system issue don't hesitate to contact Service 1st Fire Protection.

RJ Treguboff and his team is the best in Phoenix metro area! I have an old fire sprinkler in the high roof leaking for weeks. Called many similar companies, received delays, rejections, no parts, charges in front but nothing done later types. Finally I found RJ and his company. Quick response, inspection the next day, job done on day 3. RJ and his staff replaced the old hard to find fire sprinkler with the same parts from his savings, and replaced the cracked pipe, and reinstalled my celling board cut off with no extra charge! Great customer service! I talked with Wayne about Service 1st doing some work that we'd been told in a letter from the city fire department was needed. Wayne asked me some questions and said that it was unusual for a residence to receive such a notice. I then checked with the city and found out that the letter had been sent to us by mistake. This is a great example of a company putting the customer first! So while we didn't end up needing to do the work, I would trust Service 1st to prioritize the best interests of their customers in their work.

I use these guys to certify my fire extinguishers annually to stay in compliance for DES/foster care home cert requirements. They'll come to your house and certify, and have great people working there.
