Pyramid Imports Tile & Flooring Inc. is a family owned and operated business with 41 years of experience. Belisario (BC Sr) Gonzales opened this small tile company in Houston in 1974. He originally imported and sold Terrazzo tile to individuals and contractors. He then added Saltillo Mexican Tile to his inventory.

More than 40 years later, the business now includes nearly every type of stone, tile flooring and countertops. Pyramid Imports services both individuals and contractors from the Houston area, across Texas and even throughout the United States. With a keen sense of perfection, hard work and strong ethics, Pyramid Imports is the company you can trust for all your tile and flooring needs.

Encaustic Tile

These tiles are not made with clay or adobe, nor are they cooked, like ceramic tiles. They are made from compressed cement and done with hydraulic presses, which gives them great resistance and solidity.

Talavera Tile

The hand-painted Mexican tile comes in a variety of colors, shapes and designs. You can create your own masterpiece by combining different tiles. Talavera tile is great as an accent in kitchen backsplashes and bathroom backsplashes. It combines nicely with Saltillo tile adding a unique, one-of-kind floor. The 4 X 4 Talavera tile can be used to create fountains and facades.

We help you pick the right product for your project and then we take care of the rest. We can install flooring, countertops, backsplashes, fireplaces, patios, walkways, bathtubs, showers, bathrooms, kitchens and more. If it involves any type of stone or tile, we can install it.

Fabrication

Pyramid Imports personally fabricates all products at our Houston office. We take granite or marble and cut it to the correct dimensions and add the design elements you like. We will fabricate product that is bought from us or fabricate product you bring to us.

I hired this company to remove and install new tile on my back porch. They were completive in price to other quotes and they did a great job within the amount of time they said they would do it.
