Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Was looking to get a job done by them but the secretary literally said "oh my god" and hung up in the first 30 seconds of reaching out to them. I'm assuming they're work is as unprofessional as the secretary is. Avoid this company!

C&R fence did a great job on my fence in Farmington. Their price was good, quality job and materials. They were prompt and actually got the job completed sooner than anticipated. The lead man Ruben was great and kept me updated on arrival time, progress and completion. My next door neighbor had his fence installed by them in 1965. Thanks so much to C&R team.

Chon (the estimator) showed up on time as agreed (called me when he was on the way).We met at my site walked the fence line talked about what I wanted. Several days later an email price estimate with detailed drawing, measurements that we discussed (no hard sell from them which I appreciate) I had to re-submit for a price change (to delete some fencing I planned on installing (and paying for) along the property line with neighbor) They got it right over to me.
The gate was custom built to my specifications.the black powder coating on the fencing is very heavy high quality better than I expected the posts are all very heavy duty and will last a lifetime. Long and short of it they did what they said they would do and did an excellent job. I had to take down some old fencing the day before and wanted to get the new fence in ASAP. Jack's crew showed up on the day and time we agreed to.
I would use them again and refer them to anyone looking for honest reliable fence contractor. I also met with the owner (Jack Kilgore) at one point in the process, he is a very friendly and knowledgeable fencing contractor.

Had a fence put up. I had a grape vine around the area they were to put the fence up. Before they started the job they asked if I wanted the vine ripped out or the fence built around it. I had been wanting it gone and they did it at no additional cost! Fence turned out great! Friendly crew and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great reasonable prices!

Hired C and R to build a gate. They came out, gave an estimate and date when the work would be completed. A week and a half goes by and I get a call from them saying that they can't do it. The job was supposedly handed off to another office person who dropped the ball and wasted my time. Never again will they be called.

Had C&R do two fences for me. One required custom fab for the posts. Both fences turned out excellent. Very high quality materials and workmanship. Stood up to 93 MPH storm winds, no problem! Jack Jr. and crew did an excellent job, and cost came out to exactly what was estimated on both jobs. Will certainly do business again.

They deserve No star I had an estimate come out to have wrought iron fence work done for me the estimator guy name is ChON! He email me 2-3 days later and said the style that you currently wanted they don't carry. And (he said he will pass on our job) (didn't even give us any other option to choose from) seem to me he was racist or thought we couldn't afford it!
Since he didn't show any picture or style I gave him one. So I email back anD ask what do they have in stock and were open to something similar not exact. No respond what's so ever some professional customer service they have. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Too bad they lost a cash paying customer plus I own rental property that could have fencing work done. But I don't pay for bad service!
