Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! It started with the on-call 24 hour representative who recommended that if I could wait 30 minutes until the office opened, I could save a lot of money. I then called when the office opened and spoke with a kind and helpful woman who was able to answer all of my questions and schedule an appointment.

As an owner of a business, I needed this service in order to operate. When our service technician Shawn arrived, he was well knowledged, friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this service business!

It's always a pleasure to discover a business that has professional, courteous and honest service at its heart. Our Toyota was locking on the fob but not unlocking. After trying two new batteries without result, we thought the sender unit was faulty. Needed a second remote key for my Audi. The coding had some issues which with SY King Locksmith expertise were successfully resolved. Whole operation took about 45 minutes. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. The 'on the house' coffee (3 cups) was very good indeed. I asked about security for keyless cars and received sound advice. A very pleasant experience indeed.

Since my battery died and the manual lock did not work, I couldn't open my car. The price was fair after speaking to a helpful customer service a discount was applied. The locksmith was very helpful and clear on what he could do. But earlier i have spoken to someone and from the office and the price was right after the conversation. Shawn arrived on time as scheduled and was very competent on the spot. Overall this was an excellent service for which I am extremely grateful.

Very efficient and great value for money! The electronics within my van key stopped working. I was able to book an appointment for the same day and paid. I now have a new key and my original one was repaired so I now have complete peace of mind should I have any problems in the future. New key has a 12 month warranty as well. All good and very happy!

After noticing their shop, I called them as we needed a new spare car key. They arranged for someone to come to us the next day. He arrived promptly and did what he had to do to make a new key work for our car. He did this in less than the hour they told me it would take. Not cheap but worth the money for a good job done. Would recommend them.
