Cary Melvin, PSM, CFM, has been active in the surveying and mapping profession for more than 20 years, starting his career, at a young age, working for his father's surveying business located in Lake County, Florida. Cary studied Surveying and Mapping at the University of Florida's College of Engineering and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Surveying in 1998.

Our firm has extensive experience in a variety of surveying types including; boundary surveys, topographic surveys, geodetic control surveys, subdivision platting and design surveys. Our firm specializes in dealing with more difficult flood zone, wetland and water boundary issues.
