I am forever grateful for Dennis Home Improvements! They came into a really difficult situation where I fired a contractor half-way through the project. You can see the before and afters from when Dennis Home Improvements graciously started and completed the project, and truly made my dream porch more beautiful than I ever could imagine. My parrots love their side so much its hard to get them to come inside lol!

Greg Dennis and Jose's team were wonderful to work with during our deck tear down and rebuild. They built exactly what we asked for. They finished the job promptly and efficiently without gaps in work days. The team graciously corrected the minor things we asked of them at the completion of the project in a timely manner. They all take pride in their work, and were just as concerned about the quality, functionality, and appearance of the finished product as their customer!

I honestly have never been so excited to get a new roof (but honestly who really is). We have been trying since last April to get our roof fixed unfortunately another company was giving us a runaround. I was referred to Dennis home improvement and Greg himself came out to the house and was very honest with me and told me what needed to be done to fix our leaking roof (very professional).

My project required replacement of shingles and leveling of low spots on the roof on my house, shop and storage building. I was provided a detailed proposal including proof of insurance documents. The work was performed on time, on schedule and on proposal price. The workers were very professional and did a great job. I'm very pleased with the appearance of the new shingles.

Communication was great. I was given updates before and during the project to advise me of the project status and progress. Dennis did a great job and I highly recommend them.

I have enjoyed working with Greg and his team. He is knowledgeable of his craft, does good quality work, and a honest guy. He has replaced a roof for me in the past and came out to repair a different roof that had issues. He is patient and straight forward about the job and what is needed to be done to repair the issue. Excellent customer service starting with Mr. Dennis, Sr. who promptly returned my calls and came by to view my windows and provided a temporary fix for my problem. We also discussed my need to update my windows and he provided me with a reasonable estimate. Mr. Dennis Sr. then followed up a few days later with a model demonstration of the windows I requested, and his son Greg and another member of the team came by a few days later to measure my windows, confirm the final details for my new windows, and their office took care of pulling the necessary permits.

The members of the Dennis Home Improvement business were upfront about the time-line and possible delays, but promised to proceed as soon as possible. To my surprise, they were able to schedule the installment of the new windows much earlier than anticipated. Omar, Randy, and Marty did an excellent job installing the new windows and cleaning up and hauling away the rubbish from the work site. Replacing windows is not a cheap project. However, I would highly recommend Dennis Home Improvement for such a project as they kept their word, did an excellent job, and made the process as quick and convenient as possible. Thank you.

Dennis Home Improvement repaired/replaced our roof. The service and attention was top notch, everything was performed on-time. Prior to repairs the attentiveness to work with our insurance and perform the necessary inspections was smooth and we would recommend this outfit to anyone. We contacted Greg Dennis to replace our 20 year old-deck/ pergola with composite materials. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results and the process! Gregg was easy to work with and always returned calls promptly. All his crew members were pleasant. They started early in the morning and worked until dusk.and they worked! The entire process took only 6 days from demolition to "rocker ready." This has been the most pleasant construction project we have ever had. I highly recommend Dennis Home Improvement!
