Ami Baxter can remember her very first canvas. Her medium? Homemade soaps created by her mom. At the age of three, Ami recalls falling in love with the feel, both physical and emotional, of creating great designs. That passion combined with a vivid imagination fuels Ami's drive to take each design to the next level.

From art class at Roseau High School to textiles and ceramics courses as a design student at NDSU Ami honed her eye for esthetics leading her to open Firefly Designs, a design firm built on the concept of intelligent design, designs that capture true essence.
