Established in 1985 by Ron Spangenberg and Randy Phillips, Spangenberg Phillips Tice Architecture has over 31 years of experience in a variety of project types. Our varied experience includes civic, corporate office, education, entertainment, financial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, multi-family residential, real estate development, recreation, religious, retail, senior living and custom single-family residential projects.

As well as partner involvement, we employ a team approach to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The project team consists of the partner-in-charge, a project manager who ensures that designs meet client requirements and sees the project through construction, and a technical team that prepares the project for construction.
