I have used BDI for two homes. I found they are reliable insulators. The sales rep Rigoberto Vasquez was great to work with. That said, make sure you really check their work. They pay their employees by how many jobs they do and as a result there tends to be some quality control issues. My last job I had to call them back for over a dozen areas that did not get filled and even when they left I still kept finding places that had no insulation and ended up filling them by hand

I had sort of a unique situation with a vaulted roof that needed spray foam insulation from the top side- didn't faze these guys at all. Scheduling was easy. They were here the day we agreed on and got the job finished quickly. They did a very clean job, I was able to come right behind them and install sheeting. Rigo was easy to work with and everyone else I dealt with was very friendly.

Rigo did everything he said he would do; showed up for schedule appointments, crew was on site when scheduled, work was performed on schedule and within proposal price. No changes, no gimmicks, no BS. Bid price was very competitive with others and beat the local company by a significant amount. Invoice was simple and payment method easy for the customer.

The building is maintaining heat well and I believe Rigo's advice made a difference. Also was nice that they know the code and the building inspector had no issues. Very professional group

Critical: Professionalism Dude pulled out in front of me in a marked truck, going 20mph in a 50mph zone. I passed him, because he was already halfway driving off the road and he flipped me off and flashed his lights. Very unprofessional. I have a dashcam video if y'all want it.

Not professionals. Had them come back 5 times because many cavities were very under filled. Even after spray painting the low areas 3 different times for them. They ended up over filling past the studs. Now I am having to cut back all the closed cell foam which is a nightmare. Adding a ton more time and money to the project and I already paid them $3500. I would highly recommend you find a more competent company for your insulation project.

We have had nothing but a good experience with BDI! Hagan was efficient, on time, and super friendly. Everyone at BDI (including the receptionist) made our house getting insulated a pain-free experience! Definitely would recommend!
