Louver Doors custom made by Estate Millwork are premium grade solid wood doors and are easy to order online. Our mill uses 18th century joinery methods in a 21st century manufacturing plant. Our solid wood louvered doors can be fabricated with operable or fixed louvers in a variety of configurations and species of wood including poplar, cedar, mahogany, cherry, maple, oak, and teak.

When you have an authentic Williamsburg home and need replacement items, it's often difficult to find quality materials that are up to the standard and true to the time period. Needless to say, I am very discerning and cautious when considering products and vendors. Having said that, the professionals at Estate Millwork exceeded my expectations with these shutters!
From design, order and delivery everything was outstanding. Their easy to use website allows you to track your order from start to finish. I have to also note that not only was the finished product top-notch, the care and quality used to pack and crate the finished shutters was equally impressive-more proof that they don't cut corners. These guys are the real deal, old school true craftsmen who make sure it's done right at a fair price. I will certainly use them again for all my custom order and quality millwork needs!

I am thrilled with the quality of our new cabinet doors! The shaker style is exactly what we wanted and I cannot believe how well made they are. Also, the customer service was amazing. We had a last minute change to the size of two doors. I called and no problem. They were able to stop production that day and ensure that the size was changed. The cabinets arrived a week later in perfect condition.

I purchased four St. John's style louvered doors from Estate Millworks. Two 30" wide and two 42" wide. These were used as sliding bypass closet doors. I don't care for a 3 door closet system so the 42" wide doors were a important to me. Ordered maple prefinished with white semi gloss paint. They look fantastic, were beyond my expectations and well worth the price. If you're looking for custom, high quality. these are your guys!

I ordered online and purchased 6 sets of shutters from Estate Millwork for my newly painted house, Not an inexpensive purchase. Their website was super easy to utilize and getting them on the phone was also easy. Andy, in sales, was especially friendly, helpful and always replied to my emails. The solid wood shutters arrived pre-primed and packed very nicely with no damage. Frankly, the pricing was perhaps just a bit more expensive, but I could tell after talking and corresponding with these guys that I would get "special" treatment in lieu of some 1-800 company.
I prefer a bit more service over saving a few bucks in the end and Estate Millwork certainly delivered on that expectation. And on top of all they they look amazing on my house!

I needed two louvered cabinet doors for our medicine cabinet. The doors I received were of very high quality, perfectly straight, well made, primed and painted to the custom color. The doors came extremely well packed. The quote includes detailed drawings and specifications. Estate Millwork provides updates to the order status and a weblink to a tracking number after shipping.
I especially appreciate working with Andy, who went to great lengths to make suggestions on the best type of wood for a bathroom environment. I am very impressed and can enthusiastically recommend Estate Millwork.

Just received the door package for our house (32 louvered doors and 14 custom raised panel doors). The quality of the mahogany is excellent, the doors are beautiful. We had ordered exterior shutters from Estate Millwork a few years ago for our old house renovation project and the quality of the shutters was so high that we only looked to Estate for our new doors. Very hard to find millwork of this quality.

I did a google search for places to have custom linen closet doors made for my DIY project and I found Estate Millwork -- I had never ordered doors prior to calling them. Andy assisted me from start to finish. With dimensions and requirements I provided, Andy gave us style options that were available and helped us decide on the right doors for our project all the way down to the custom paint.

Our doors are unique in that they are louvered and open to allow air circulation for our linens. Ordered a full set of hardwood shutters for my home. The shutters I received were very high quality, perfectly straight, well made, primed and painted. They were delivered on time and had been expertly packed and shipped. The paint color was perfect, although when they arrived the paint was still slightly tacky and seems to be drying slowly. I'm very impressed and can wholeheartedly recommend Estate Millwork.
When you receive their quote with detailed specs, drawings and measurements, review the measurements very carefully. Some dimensions are difficult to read so take the time to clarify and confirm them. I especially appreciate working with Andy Kolenda, who went to great lengths to revise the order as needed to meet my exact needs.
