I called for help for my son, while he is at college. His car key was stuck in the drivers side door. I talked to someone who said they would send a technician out to help. This was at 9:30 in morning. By 8 pm, no one had shown up. My son was contacted by technician and told he was "next." My son called the technician back several times and was told they would be there.
They never showed up. What I didn't realize is that this is handled by a call center in another state. They also quoted a price between $298-$598. I would have probably paid it, if they ever showed up. However, I found a local Spokane business that was responsive, friendly, made an appointment AND showed up. They also charged us $155 for their services. My recommendation is find a local business, who cares about their customers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We called when my son locked himself out of his car when we were out of town. The man assures me at 10pm that the technician can get there and we were next on the list. At 11 pm I called again and he tells me sorry something came up and the tech can't make it. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. NEVER use this business.

I don't usually leave a bad review but Today I was making calls to see if I could find a locksmith that could help and be affordable for us. They answered in a fair amount of time nothing bad their asked my question the lady said the price to come would be 29 and for the starting fee was going to be 95+ so I was explaining to my dad (mind you he only speaks Spanish) what the prices would be and usually it doesn't take much time depending on what I have to translate and usually workers don't seem to mind so naturally I was explaining and right as I was done explaining she rudely says to "call back if you would like the appointment." and after that she also stated "I will not sit here and wait for you to talk back and forth." I understand that I was also at fault for trying to explain to my dad what is going on and what she had told me but that just seems highly unprofessional and I don't even recommend calling no scratch that don't even look at their page.

Brian was the first person I spoke with who was extremely professional and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about programming and cutting new keys for my car. When I went in Joshua made me my keys and I had ordered some myself off of Amazon that I gave him to cut. He was also very nice and professional. My advice to you if you want new keys for your modern car: buy your own off of Amazon, learn how to program it yourself (most of the time it's easy to do depending on vehicle type).
I programmed my keys within minutes. Take them to either this place or whatever locksmith does it cheapest and have them cut. Here they say it's $70 per key and $250 just to program them. I got a quote for cheaper so I was lucky. You just have to call and get a quote to see what they would charge and then shop around to make sure you are getting a good deal. Doing research has its benefits!

I do not recommend this company unless your a criminal and dont mind paying to have a guy show up in a van that looks like it was stolen itself and do what you could of done yourself. I give no star power to this company do not i repeat do not call them skip over there number. I was at my work when I lost my car keys and when this guy pulled up I was embarrassed I ended up just telling him to leave after a little bit because of unprofessional and dirty he and his van were. 100% do not recommend
