I had an issue with a company, AHS, and BBB of the Mid South was terrific. They responded immediately, communicated respectfully, I was so impressed. They were able to get a settlement that was better than I expected. Definitely a go to company if you feel you've been ripped off by a business. Thank you so much!

I have to say BBB helped me so much and so fast. I was so upset at the company and they got a response in a timely manner and I appreciate the help. I was able to get some things resolved. Don't hesitate to contact BBB for help when you're backed in a corner with a business.

I spent a month and a half trying to get a replacement part for my exercise machine. Once the BBB was involved it took about ten days until I had what I needed. They helped the business and I come to a mutually beneficial resolution.

We've contacted the BBB a few times now and they have always done their best to resolve our issues. They communicate regularly regarding your complaint and are diligent in being impartial. They are limited in what they can do if the business you file against ignores them. However, they are a fantastic organization and resource for the consumer. I also use their site to see if a company I am considering is a rated member and if there are any recent incidents on file.

Had a dispute with a well know warranty company. I contacted the BBB to request help with solving this issue. The BBB responded in a timely matter with a response from warranty company which in turn we agreed upon a resolution. What a awesome job the BBB did for me! If I could give 6 stars I would!

So let me tell you if anyone can get a business to know it's the CUSTOMERS that make your business it's the BBB! Somehow we have allowed the business to actually make a policy to scam your money from you and I have figured it out You won't scam me again! If I say I'm in need of something that should be it Yet companies want place a policy on your solution and that is Crazy! Every consumer is unique therefore a script for every situation is not it! When companies figure that out Ooooooo we will be an Awesome World

The BBB has always been my go to when I haven't been able to resolve an issue with a company. Going through them is normally the only way I can get a response from a business. And they have helped me resolve multiple issues throughout the years that I've had. Recently they acted as a middle man, or mediator is a good word, between me and an auto company that resulted in me losing a large amount of money.

With the help of BBB the company agreed to give me a refund! I truly don't think that would have ever happened had I not filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is highly regarded and companies want to keep their ratings up so they are more likely to work with you. I feel like the BBB is here for the consumer and not just big business. They have and always will be my go to place when I've had issues with companies. Likewise if its a company that goes above and beyond then they deserve an equally good review and rating with the BBB. If your doing new business with a company and want an accurate review of what kind of company they are then check out their ratings and reviews on the BBB site!

I had a dispute with a large shipping company that I use very frequently over the cost of a package that I have shipped 38 times just in the last 2 years. Even when presented with a spreadsheet documenting the past charges, this shipping company was still insistent that their bill for 5 times the average cost was correct! BBB resolved this billing dispute for me very quickly.

What a wonderful resource for small business owners like me and any consumer who is trying to make their voice heard. I highly recommend them for ease of use (simple form to fill out), response time, and successful outcome in this case.
