I called two pest control businesses before them and they both said it would be almost a week until they could come out. I called Countryside and they were at my house within the hour! We decided to get our perimeter treated for ants and a cicada killer nest at the bottom I of our property. They did a fantastic job and even after a month we aren't seeing any cicada killers, maybe the odd ant here and there but all and all fantastic job. Would recommend. I appreciate the work that you do Joel! Always reasonable pricing given the quality of the work. Treats our dwelling annually and we have seen a great decrease in spiders and hardly find ants anymore. (Primary reason for treatment, ants. ) I would certainly recommend countryside pest control to anybody.

If there was an option for zero stars, that is what I would have done. Words cannot express my disappointment with this "company". I called and scheduled an appointment to get my house sprayed. When the time came and went, I called to find out what happened. He said he was "almost there". At this time he was already almost 45 minutes late. No call, I had to call him.
Then 30 minutes later when he still hadn't showed, I called AGAIN. He was lost. No call, nothing. I had to call him and tell him how to get to my house. At that point I was almost late for work. He sprayed the house quickly, (as I was late already) then said he would spray outside and under the house. He couldn't get under the house, but did not tell me that, just left like he did the job.
I called two weeks later because we still had a problem. He said he would call me in a couple of days, as he was out of town. A week went by and no call. Again, I called him and made an appointment to be sprayed again. As I had already payed for the service, I did not want to pay someone else. My husband called and left a message for him to call back so he could explain to him how to get underneath the house, and NO CALL. SHOCKING! AND AGAIN he was late.
I called 15 minutes past the scheduled time and he said causally, "Oh I'm not done with this job, I can be on my way in a little bit." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? If I was going to be late to an appointment, I would at LEAST have enough respect for that person to give them a phone call. Nothing. No apology, nothing but attitude and indifference. I STRONGLY SUGGEST you find someone, ANYONE else to service you home or business.
I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life. I am waiting for my refund, I'm sure he will take his SWEET TIME returning it to me. In the meantime, I will write a bad review on any and all social media I can get access to. I hope he goes out of business.
