I want to start with the fact, that I was satisfied with their service and that the issues started after the appointment! A professional electrician took care of my electrical problems and resolved it to my satisfaction. When I called them after the appointment to make the payment, they informed me that they charge an additional 4% for credit card payments.
Not just is it way above their costs for credit card payments it is also illegal in Florida to charge extra for Credit Card payments (except for government agency's). I explained it to the lady on the phone that they are not allowed to charge an additional amount for credit card payments, but she insisted on it. Ok, I paid for it, even though I would not have had to.
Three Months later she suddenly called me again, telling me that I have never paid my bill. I countered that I can clearly remember it, but she still claimed they have never received the payment. Good thing I keep all my records and could exactly point out the day the payment was transmitted. She said she would check it again and i haven't heard from the company since. Personal summary: Good service but either incompetent or fraudulent billing department. Won't book them again.

I'm going to show my age but I have been dealing with these people going all the way back to the 1980's when I had my Apple Computer Store in Gulf Breeze. I've used them on all kinds of projects over the years. You couldn't find anymore down to earth honest and trustworthy people to deal with. These are fine people and their skill level and experience is unmatched anywhere.
