Just had my garage springs and track rollers replaced. Guy did it in under an hour and explained everything he did. Reasonable price and labor too. I would definitely use this service again! Colton (the technician) did a fantastic job and work fast too!

Used the service in Eagle River. The gentleman who showed up was great. Gave me a quote and time frame for repairs. He showed up when he said he would, did the repairs and the cost was same as the quote. Great customer service and communication.

So I rarely ever leave a review for ANY company. but had to make an exception today. Our garage door metal wire broke, two of the track rollers fell off, which caused it to come out of alignment and bend the track. It's an old door but it's still in good shape. We called ASAP based on a Neighbor recommendation and they were close by. Called on Monday, out on Tuesday, and James shows up and says he will have it fixed in 15 minutes. WHAT?

My wife and I were totally ready for them to upsell us and tell us we need an entirely new door system. It really made my day that there are still great people out there doing honest work. We went from having a garage door that won't open to being completely fixed for under $160. You have a customer for life! Thank you

A.S.A.P. GARAGE DOOR REPAIR IN HUNTLEY, I'M TRULY GRATEFUL. I've been having some problems with my garage door operating and getting errors about the motor control box. I know sometimes unplugging and replunging it in helps. I'm in my late 60's and can't keep climbing ladders to do this. Yesterday afternoon, James, from ASAP came out to repair my garage door opener.

This was a Lift Master with the battery back up in case the power goes out it still works. James had bad news for me, I was out of warranty on this opener and I needed a new motor box which would be over $400.00. James thought it probably wouldn't be installed until next Wednesday. I just recently found out I needed surgery, my 88-year-old Mother was just taken this afternoon to the ER at Good Shepherd Hospital and I needed a new motor control box and they couldn't install it until next Wednesday.

I was very overwhelmed. I called the office of ASAP and spoke to Jacob, the Office Manager. Jacob said I'll see what I can do. About fifteen minutes later, James from ASAP is at my door. James had a new motor box, installed it and there was no charge. ASAP I can't tell you how much I truly appreciated this. ASAP you are a company with compassion, kindness, exceptional customer service, and demonstrated good company work ethics. James, you are an outstanding employee. Very reliable and very friendly. I've used them for 15 years. Tim was my repair man and he was the same guy that came out 10 years ago. Price was very fair for the amount of repair to the overhead springs that recently cracked at my home in East Dundee. Called the main office this morning around 10 and they scheduled me the same day between 11 and 3. I asked if they would call me before they sent service so I could run home from work. Finally, a contractor who is friendly, doesn't overcharge and follows through promptly.
