We ordered some plaster weld to be shipped to us in Manistique from the Petoskey location on Monday. Called yesterday to be sure it was shipped. We were assured that it had been. Got a call for card number today and said it would be here Monday. Very dissatisfied with customer service. We are restoring a room in a lighthouse and have been waiting all this time. Will go elsewhere from now on.

Very tired of getting bent cornerbead, already set easysand (in the bag!) and board thats broken or has been slammed with a forklift. staff is pleasant and friendly and will replace anything, just tired of receiving damaged materials on EVERY shipment. I really could make more with my time if i could do less waiting around for materials i find acceptable. not so long ago a supplier wouldn't even load crap goods on the truck much less waste everyones time with all the running around doing returns.

Signs on the street say no overnight tractor trailer parking, and after you go through their gate you have to make a pretty tight U-turn to get into the unloading spot, but they unload you fast (3 forklifts, sometimes).

Worst customer service, Rober Florez had the balls to ask me to leave the store just because i was unsatisfied with a material that was not delivered on time, such incompetent workers should be removed from such work duties, location was at the fbm on Federal Blvd in san diego ca, the manager is as incompetent as the workers, never shop here is you anything done right specially Rober Florez, with glasses and goat t. NEVER COMING BACK!

I have recently been referred here by a contractor friend of mine and I'm so glad he did. I priced a drywall job at my usual supply house and for kicks called FBS and they were very competitive in pricing and some kickass customer service as well.
