I hired this company after they did a price match from a competitor. On February 26, 2021 I paid the deposit and placed an order for a complete replacement. After one week I called and inquired on a time frame - I was by no means rushing them. Just wanted an idea of a time frame because I was also trying to get my garage floor epoxied and wanted to schedule that. Lisa who answered was not professional and got annoyed I inquired.

I apologized for what seemed to be a waste of her time, but she offered the time frame 4-6 weeks. The start of week eight I called and spoke to Brittany who said she would call me back within one day because she couldn't find any information on my job. But I never heard back, so the morning of the 8th week I called and had the displeasure of talking to Lisa, who again, was unprofessional and exceptionally rude this go around.

They again could not provide and information, at this point I asked for a refund and she said she did not have the authorization to do so. I did some research on who the owner was, I sent a message to him and he told me he had some family issues and would look into it. After eight weeks of nothing being accomplished I received my refund. Absolute waste of time and energy with this company.

Was given a price estimate from their office but when technicians arrived they told me that their office made a mistake and they wanted about double what i had been quoted. I did not use them. Now this company has responded with an excuse BUT their excuse is not plausible. The price given to me over the phone was a ballpark of 300-350. The technician who came out said that price was only for one spring instead of both springs that I had been quoted.

So that would have made the total 700 or more and that was not acceptable to me. I had checked the price for the springs prior to calling any company. The price for the pair of springs delivered to my door was 89.95. In any case I got the job done by another major garage door company later the same day for 350.00 which is a fair price for the job. Beware of pricing these days. Someone may try to say their materials have increased AND that may be true but best to check pricing yourself before agreeing to any job.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY The tech Kendall was ignorant to my wife and my self. They do not follow there schedules as well. Also had the tech call me and was swearing on the phone. I said excuse me. He finally replied stating that someone Gerry rigged my garage door with a screw. I said it was me because you messed up my door. They finally fixed the springs as I told them that was the issue as they stated it was not. They were trying to up sell me as well. They didn't get me and I hope they don't get you. I rarely write bad reviews but this one is warranted.

WOW. We worried about our garage door problem longer then it took them to take care it. Great service and communication from the minute we called. Text reminder and email confirmation! Not on time! They were early! Jason fixed it with all new parts that he had with him! Super nice guy that was completely knowledgeable and well prepared! They are fast, friendly, professional and do business right!

I called a problem with my garage door because it had problems to open and close, they made an appointment, which the technician arrived late, after the technician made an inspection and I trusting in his Professionalism, he told me that the problem was the wheels of the garage door, I indicated that if that was the problem that proceeded to repair it and asked for the price and he answered that it was $ 260. for the complete work with the workforce, I asked him for a discount and he told me that he could not give a discount, and I gave him the approval to do the work because I needed to resolve my problem.

After the technician finished his work he told me that I should go thinking about changing the engine since it was a very economical one and that he did not know when the engine did not have much left, maybe 2 or 3 years. The next day when I am going to use the garage door, it does not work and I proceed to call the gentleman who gave me the service and I explain the situation and that it continues to the same problem that I originally called; to which the gentleman replied that he had indicated to me that he had to change the engine, I replied that he had told me that it was for a possible future of 2 or 3 years that because if he knew that the problem was the engine, I had said it was the wheels and that because I had made me spend $ 260. on a wheels if that would not solve my problem to which I answered that the wheels only helped to make the garage door run smoother and that it helped the engine, that he could not do more and that if he wanted to solve my problem he had to change the motor. This gentleman and the company he works for conned me, took advantage of my ignorance of the subject and deceived me. I do not recommend this company

This is the best company in town. No only did the come to my home late at night, to help me out when we had a big problem with my garage. They did it fast n spent time making sure we were going to be safe till our garage gets replaces. Nick was professional knowdlagble n super nice. I recommend them to all Brevard. Best in town hands down, i cant say enough.

Today we had our garage door repaired by the technician Steve, He was so polite and knowledgeable, explaining the problems to my husband before making the repairs. It was so refreshing to have a clean-cut young man doing the work so professionally.
