Dan was response and extremely helpful throughout; getting us samples, meeting to review install, getting alternate pricing. The install crew was also great; respectful, diligent and good at their craft. Dan went above and beyond with some added details. I would definitely recommend Wholesale Carpet.

Incredible service from start to finish. After quotes and shopping with multiple other companies, I came to Dan knowing exactly what I wanted and he was able to make it happen within a matter of 2 weeks for nearly half the price of major competitors. Installers were professional and courteous and did an incredible job. New basement playroom looks amazing! Would highly recommend for all carpeting needs!

The two owners are absolutely awesome and made the entire process of picking out a runner, taking measurements, and then installation so simple. Patrick and Dan were absolutely fantastic. I needed to have a carpet runner installed quickly as we had just adopted a large dog who was unwilling to go up and down. I called and Patrick said to come by to look at some samples. He explained that some types they kept in stock but could order if needed. I went by their location same day and within a week they had the runner installed. They were on time and we are very happy with the work. Highly recommend!

I had carpet installed in three bedrooms and two stairways a couple months ago. The whole process from beginning to finish was excellent, and I was particularly pleased with the speed and clarity in communication every step of the way. I am so glad that I went with them instead of the big orange store, and would use definitely use Wholesale Carpet again for future carpeting needs.

Dan and Patrick were very easy to deal with, they installed carpet for my elderly parents. They were prompt, polite, and efficient. Any questions or problems we had were taken care of. Just a pleasant experience.

Amazing experience start to finish, and during a pandemic nonetheless. I had a carpet order started with Home Depot and it just felt SO difficult. hard to get people on the phone, hard to understand my order, numerous calls and emails sent to me with no info. just strange. It was actually harder for me to cancel the process with Home Depot than it was for me to work from start to finish with Dan.

I called him stressed and needing carpet in less than a week and he made it happen. Since I already had something I liked picked out at Home Depot, he went there to grab a swatch and match it for me without me even asking. Above and beyond for sure. From the first call to carpet installation was just over a week, and the carpet looks sooo good. I barely knew the installer was in my basement. Thank you Dan & team!

Dan and his carpet installers did a great job. It took less than a week from the day we placed our order to the day it was installed. They showed up at 8 am and were gone before 11 am. They took away the old carpet, move our (very heavy) furniture back in place, and cleaned up. We got a very good price on the carpet, which is of very good quality. It's so nice to walk on with bare-feet. Our bedroom now looks 100% better with the new carpet.

From conversation to carpet install, we experienced exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Added to that is a reasonable, affordable pricing structure that can meet your needs. I went to the work room and was guided to pick out the right carpet for my needs. The team was honest and pointed me to carpets that matched my budget. I left being able to scheduling the measuring shortly thereafter. Measuring was complete a few hours later, the same day.

Less than 72 hours later, we received the quotes. Made the appointment after receiving quotes. Install day came and the work was done in under three hours! The team was very communicative about arrival time on the day of. Once on site, the work was done efficiently and with excellence. We were very impressed. Great family run business. I had my bedroom carpet replaced as well as two staircase runners. Job was done efficiently at a great price. Patrick and Dan are a good team and they won't oversell you on stuff that you don't need. Highly recommend and I will use them again in the future.

The owner Dan and his brother Patrick are honest, professional, friendly guys. Overall I am very satisfied with the installation and the price that was quoted. Patrick communicated overwhelmingly well throughout the ordering process. The workers arrived in a timely manner and were very nice. There was a small hiccup along the way, but I believe that they took care of this matter in a professional manner to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking to jazz up their entry stairs!

This review is for their communication and on site estimate. Dan and Patrick were both very responsive and flexible with my tight schedule. I was flying in from out of town and wanted to get an estimate and possibly installation done within my tight time frame. While they were able to come out to do the estimate, we were told they could install within the same week if what I want was in stock. I, however, did not move forward with the install as I was able to get a deeper discount with another vendor due to a holiday promotion they were running. Wholesale Carpet was able to offer alternate carpeting to fit my budget. However, at the end of the day, it came down to price and the other vendor was able to give me exactly what I wanted versus the alternate carpet.

Thanks anyways! Nevertheless, Patrick arrived on time for the estimate and was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and engaging. I wished I could give him our business based on his excellent customer service, but we decided to pass on their service. Thank you, Wholesale Carpet!

I couldn't be more satisfied with these guys. I bought a new condo and wanted to put carpet down over the hardwood floors. The first thing I needed (obviously) was to have someone come out and measure, which they were able to do just a couple days after I called. They got the measurements and were able to give me a rough idea of the square footage I needed, which helped me estimate the cost.

When it was time to actually order, I was incredibly indecisive. I must have spent more than an hour wandering around looking at the options, but fortunately, Dan and Patrick were very patient and helpful. When I wanted to see what the carpet I was looking at would look like in my condo, they let me take the display sample with me, so I could see it right away instead of having to wait for a sample to be sent form the manufacturer. Ultimately, because I was so indecisive, I decided to split the job and do the bedrooms first then do the hallway, staircase, and living room later.

It ended up being 2 months between the jobs, but even though it was such a long time they still had my measurements and I was able to walk in and place the order for the second job right away. When the installation came, it went very smoothly. They had to trim some doors down to fit over the carpet, but they did a great job in that and you can't even tell the doors were trimmed.

The seams were so well done that the first installers made a seam in the closet doorway and I didn't even know until the second installers came and showed me. They installed metal strips for the transitions between the carpet and hardwood and they look great. One of the transition strips was a little bent, but they sent someone out the next day and fixed it in about 5 minutes.

After it's all done, the carpets look great and the price was very reasonable. I'm much more comfortable in my condo now that the carpet is down. A+. If I ever need more carpeting done, I'll come to these guys without hesitation.

I was leading the charge to renovate the common hallway in our Boston row house. I sought out numerous quotes for carpeting. The contractor's carpet contact complained about the location at the onset. Really? Why bother coming by? Not only did I get great quote from Wholesale Carpet but they were very responsive and answered all my questions -even after hours. Dan and Patrick were great - Patrick in particular has quite a sense of humor!

No parking complaints (although I did manage to save a spot for their van across the street with a bit of luck). The job was done quickly and neatly. There was a scrap left that they bound for me as an entryway mat for no additional charge. Same day service to boot! I thought that was so nice, that some of the cookies I made earlier that day were delivered when the mat was picked up.

Patrick at Wholesale Carpet helped make my new apartment a home. I called up and described the problem I was trying to solve (elderly dogs needing carpet treads on wooden stairs) and he quickly got to solving, providing multiple options for my limited budget. He knew me when I came in and greeted me right away. Patrick's expertise and courteous, personable service made my in-store experience a delight. The product worked beautifully at home! I have used Wholesale Carpet in 3 different homes over the last 15 years and am in the process of purchasing new rugs for our new home from them. Our new house has hardwood floors throughout so we need quite a few area rugs and we have a small dog who slides down the stairs so also need to put in a stair runner right away. Dan (the owner) came out to measure and then we went to the shop to pick out a remnant that he can custom cut to size.

He had to install carpet runners for 3 flights of stairs in our current townhouse and it looks great. The prices are fantastic. You can get an 8x10' bound rug for $100 (which is less than we used to pay at Building 19). They also have some lovely bound wool rugs that are a bit more but much less than you would pay elsewhere.

We had Wholesale Carpet install carpet in our office and all I can say it's Top Notch service! I had Dan (the owner) come down twice to asses better the job and to make sure the price will not change (he actually locked in the price and he gave us a fair price), to agree on the type of carpet we want, delivery time frame, etc. We were schedule to have the installation done on a Friday morning and on Thursday I've got a call from Dan asking to come down on Thursday afternoon, eventually starting on that day and finishing up on Friday.

Fine by me! What do you know: by the end of the day on Thursday the entire carpet in the office was installed and all I can says that the team of 3 men he send over were great. They proved good customers service and I highly recommend them.
