Lugbill did a kitchen and main bathroom renovation for us. After telling them our goals they devised a design plan and brought samples that were right on target for our style and budget. The work was done spring of 2021 during the pandemic when there were significant delays with products. Lugbill was able to get our products to us when we needed them, and communicated with us daily when there were unavoidable delays.
They did whatever they could to expedite deliveries. Because of their experience and hard work we had no major delays or interruptions in our renovations. During the renovation the Lugbill team was available for any questions that came up with our contractors. Often the calls were well before 9am and Erica was available for FaceTime to help make decisions or answer questions.
We had a relatively small main bathroom and the bathroom renovation is incredible, I can't believe they built a luxury bathroom in that small space. Our new kitchen is stunning and it's much more functional than our old kitchen. Cooking and clean up is quicker and easier. I would recommend lugbill designs for design and renovation, they are smart, kind and fun to work with. I would absolutely hire Lugbill again.

I first met Erica when she was helping some of my real estate clients with a complicated rehab for their new condo as part of the House Hunters Renovation show. I was impressed with how well she listened to the clients and was able to source more affordable products to achieve a certain look and feel.
I subsequently hired her for my own house renovation/addition both to help select finishes, solve some challenging space issues and oversee the contractors to make sure they were doing things properly. You will never go wrong choosing Erica and her team at Lugbill Designs. They are talented, professional and a blast to work with. I hired Erica for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and it turned out better then I could of ever imagined. Erica has great ideas and an eye for color. Her suggestions were always right on point. I hired Lugbill Designs when I moved into a new condo that needed updating. What I really appreciated about Lugbill Designs was that they helped us pick the most impactful updates for our budget. And for the updates for which we didn't have sufficient budget (e.g., complete kitchen and bath remodel), they recommended more cost effective updates that created an updated look.
In addition to picking out paint colors, floor colors, lighting upgrades, they helped us design our space with the items we wanted to keep, and they recommended items that would fit within our personal style and budget. They made great design recommendations to complement our style that elevated the design aesthetic of our whole home. They helped us meld our love of both rustic and preppy - quite a challenging task!
But the whole look works now with their help. Lugbill is incredibly responsive and flexibly, and they provide great direction and feedback on item selection that fits within the overall design. They are also incredibly FUN to work with. I highly recommend them as they have the design chops, the ability to work with all types of budgets and have a pragmatic approach to creating a space that works with their clients needs, style and budget.
