NewVision

NewVision is doing all of the audio, video, security and low voltage wiring for blinds for our new home. They have been great to work with throughout the process and I would highly recommend using them on residential projects. I've talked to several other companies who have used them on commercial projects and have also heard very positive experiences on commercial.

Had them install a home security system and it works phenomenal! Cant say enough about this company and the owner, second to none. Highly Recommend!

We have had the following problems. One of door monitors on a sliding patio door fell off repeatedly. Door lock system installed didn't work right. Two times security company called indicating glass break. One time not sure what set it off. Staff came back to adjust so no problem. The most recent time we opened the door with alarm on. We then entered code to deactivate within 15 seconds.

Security company still called however they indicated it was for a glass break. We are not sure why that would be and concerned about the accuracy of this system in reporting where a break may occur.is that a monitor station problem or install problem.who knows. Dealing now with getting the door handle lock uninstalled. Owner indicates we are the exception to clients and that we have called more than anyone else.

Even if that is the case not sure why that would be said as all of our calls related to valid issues. Thankfully they will return the door knob/lock. So on that end response is adequate although I would not recommend this particular door lock to anyone given our experience. As far as the system itself.well that is left to an individual decision. Maybe our problems are the exception.

Awesome business! Had them do my home and our business and both commercial and residential applications were perfect. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the owner really cares about his clients! Highly recommended!

Absolutely love his 13 camera system. We did interior and exterior and everything works great. Every camera is clear and doesn't skip like every other system. Great people to work with will be doing more business them.
