To remove the maximum amount of dirt from your rug turn it upside down and vacuum the back of the rug with a vacuum cleaner equipped with a rotating brush or beater bar, this vibrates the loose dirt and debris to the top of the fibers.

We are very happy with the quality, turnaround time, and professionalism (and friendliness) offered to us by Phillipe (Philip? Not sure of spelling.) After speaking with him on the phone, we dropped off our braided 8x12' rug and he took the time to thoroughly and gently clean and dry the item. It took less than two weeks and when we went to pick it up it was bright and beautiful!
The total cost was $228.00 which was very fair considering he didn't use any harsh chemicals or abrasive machines. The quote we got from Missoula Textile Services was over $500 and they recommended Missoula Rug Cleaners. We will definitely be returning for any future rug cleaning needs!
