B&B Window Cleaning

I live on a main road so I'm on their schedule regularly every few weeks. Communication is easy, pricing is fair. Have referred many neighbors. Honest, hardworking local business.

Great Customer Service. Left a voicemail since I called so late at night, The owner got right back to me in The AM kindly and we scheduled for a few days in advance. When the crew arrived they were all pleasant guys. And may i say the windows are spotless after the winter. All around awesome company

I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE OR RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE! Had windows and chandelier cleaned. (Neighbor used them. Found out afterwards that they had some damage too). Planned to use them monthly. Prompt and friendly. After crew left, I noticed 1 of the 21 lights were not working on my chandelier. One light was broken and dangling from base. Called Becka. Explained and sent photos of base. Becky talked to crew. Becka told me crew did not break it.

I paid cash for better price. I was charged for 2 hours cleaning the chandelier. It took 1 hour. Becka sent me $60 refund. Becka blamed the crew for not adjusting the bill. Becka does the billing. The FIRST RED FLAG, is when I talked to Bob the owner. He told me that he had 37 years of experience. When I questioned him, Bob said he had 19 years and the other guy had 18 years of experience. (That's like me saying I have 50 years of marriage, 25 for me and 25 for my husband). MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THEIR WORK BEFORE THEY LEAVE! TURN ON EVERY LIGHT. I GOT BURNT. IM SURE IT WAS A MISTAKE BUT BOB DIDN'T TAKE REASONABILITY FOR HIS CREW.

B&B cleans my properties quarterly and always does a thorough job. The foreman and workers on duty are always professional. I recommend them to everyone!

My boyfriend and I are new home owners. Finding B&B through a mutual friend was the best suggestion ever. They not only care about the consumer and job needed to be done, they also are a very outgoing, genuine group of people. Reasonably priced and the quality far exceeds expectation. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I have used several window cleaning companies in the past, however none have compared to the quality and professionalism that B&B has. Becca was so nice and helpful and sent people out right away. The whole crew was professional and extremely pleasant while on the job. My windows were imaculate and I will never use another company again. Thank you Bob and Becca!

Very unprofessional. Originally quoted a good price. At the time when service was to be performed the owner said that they would not be able to reach certain windows due to safety concerns (which is understandable) and their lack of proper equipment. I told them that I wished they'd taken a closer look at the property before giving an estimate and committing to the work.

At which point the owner became angry and stated they were leaving and walked away. I tried to approach the owner to discuss the issue but he became somewhat aggressive yelling " You better just walk away" several times. He then began insulting me as I was returning to the building. I would absolutely not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism.

I called B and B at the recommendation of a coworker. The office staff called me back with a price per window (inside and out). I told her I was ready to schedule. However, she said she would call me back in a week to set up a date. That was over 4 weeks ago. Just save your time and call someone else. I will not recommend!
