Insulwise won me over to do a full attic and rim joist insulation job from the initial consultation, which was very detailed and demonstrated they knew what insulation adjustments would make the biggest difference for my home. The pricing felt fair and the 2 day installation job was done efficiently and as cleanly as possible. The team at Insulwise was friendly and accommodating with what was a relatively small job doing spray-foam insulation on the rim joist at my house. Erik took the time to explain how everything worked and provided a comprehensive quote to bring my house up to the modern standard for insulation - which was no small feat (crawling in knee walls and going into the attic). I will definitely be using Insulwise for future projects and would absolutely recommend them going forward.

Insulwise provided the best value quote out of the three companies from which we requested quotes for our June 2021 project. In addition to new insulation material, their estimate included sealing holes in the attic, removing old insulation, removing mold and installing two exhaust fans. The owner Andy was also able to install a new light above the shower and work with our concurrent shower remodeling to seal a hole above the shower in order to complete insulation. Also, Andy personally stopped by at our request when we had questions about the work completed and has been responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall, we found them to be flexible, communicative and detail-oriented.

We are glad we used them over other companies which offered only to put new insulation over the old one or failed to note that holes need sealing for effective insulation. We have had this insulation for almost a year and this winter was a huge difference from the last! No more icicles falling from our roof, no more heat escaping through the attic, our upstairs temperature is now whatever heat setting we are using. We are very happy with this work and this company and would recommend them for insulation projects.

When the team came out to install blown-in garage ceiling insulation, they were top notch all around - on time, courteous, professional. The work looks good and so far we're happy with the result.

Andy and his team were awesome. Brady came in told me exactly what was needed to address my issue, shortly after that the insulwise team showed up and began work in my attic. Two days of work and the project was completed. My attic is dramatically different and now we have plenty of insulation, a large platform for storage, roof vents, and a new shower vent.

First of all, WOW what a difference this makes in an old 1910-built home. But, secondly, this is an excellent crew of guys that get it done quickly and efficiently. They came here exactly when the said they would and did exactly what they said they would do in exactly the amount of time that they said they would do it. Integrity with quality is the equation that I believe everyone is searching for. If you need a serious insulation job, then this is the crew to do it. I've told absolutely everyone that Insulwise did my insulation job.

The work itself was timely and the crew did a great job. They were respectful, even wearing masks in our house and covering our carpet in drop cloth. We used Insulwise for a complete overhaul of our home insulation. From the initial consultation to the actual production work, they were very detailed and professional. The consultation laid out all of the areas we could work on, and it was very easy to prioritize and choose what was most important to us (though we ended up completing all of the work recommended).

The production crews were friendly, thorough, accommodating and efficient. We had two young children and a large dog around and they worked with us to make sure they were safe and comfortable. While it's too soon to see the change in our energy bill, we have already noticed a more even distribution of warmth throughout the house, and the duct system is far more efficient after the sealing process. Would highly recommended.

We had blown-in insulation installed, Aeroseal and spray foam added to our rim joists. All the work was done professionally, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. They allowed me to take pictures along the way, and were always available to answer my questions throughout the process. I would recommend them any time.

I have a ranch-style split-entry home. My home (especially the second floor) typically struggles to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I keep my AC on 72, and usually by 10:00 a.m., my AC will kick on and stay on all day. The temp on my second floor would tick up one degree every hour or so, especially on hot days. Keeping the house at 72 was impossible; my second floor would register 77-78, and that means my AC would run continuously until it hit 72-well after midnight.

Winter was more of the same, except the opposite. The heat would quickly be lost in my house, and icicles were a permanent fixture of my home. Today, it was 90, muggy, and just uncomfortable. My home maintained my set temp, and the house is so comfortable. I no longer have those hot spots I had in the summer. I think I actually need to bump up the temp a few degrees because it feels COLD!

I never experience this in my house! Amazing! From start to finish, Insulwise was great. The women in the office that got me set-up were so friendly (it's really hard to find friendly customer service). Brady did my home inspection, and he was able to quickly figure out what to tackle first. I told him I wanted to do the most "impactful" things first and get the most bang for my buck.

He was great in giving me options on how to make the home more efficient. Three weeks later, Patrick, Cody, and Zach arrived and sealed my attic, installed vents in my roof to increase the airflow in the attic, and vented my bathroom fan that was erroneously vented to the attic through the roof. They were wonderful-friendly, courteous, and fast. All the work took less than six hours, and they cleaned every last bit of their workspace. Andy then reached out the next day to check-up on things.

I told him that one day I would like to have the ducts sealed via AeroSeal, but the house feels so good, now! One thing that struck me about everyone is they really cared about what they were doing. When Brady first came, I showed him the attic, but he wanted to sit with my family and hear what we were experiencing before checking that out. Patrick, on the day of installation, was the same.

He kept me informed of everything going on and was personable. It wasn't just a "Let's do this and get it done" type of deal. Everyone was focused on providing excellent service, and really, everyone went beyond what they really needed to do.
