We had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Our first project was in 2016 when we did tile & carpet floors in our house, Daniel listened and did exactly what we wanted down to the detail. We couldn't be happier with the work. So this year when we had to remodel our rental properties we were pleasantly surprised to know, that Floors n Design offers complete home remodeling services and not just flooring.
So we ended up giving Daniels company the whole project. Floors n Design's team created an accurate and comprehensive scope of work, exactly what needed to be done. His guys were on time and very professional. The job was completed by the end of the summer and again we were satisfied. The company's professionalism, work ethic and dedication are definitely there major highlight and sets them apart from the rest. Thanks again!

I needed my office floor completed and had used Floors N Design in the past, because I changed phones I had to look all over to find the number but I knew it would be worth it. I contacted them and as always Daniel was prompt to come out and look at my room and expeditiously gave me a quote. They scheduled the installation around my schedule and I am very busy, I had to travel a few times and kept moving the dates and each time they were amenable and understanding.
I had some issues with the wood I bought and had to end up getting bamboo instead and they did their best to help me get what I needed. The day came when I was truly free and they came to install the bamboo. They were on time, they put down paper cover throughout the walk areas to the specific room. They worked diligently and cleaned up any mess they made as they went.
They were professional and kept me informed the entire time. They removed my old bamboo with ease and then installed the new bamboo and it was just lovely! My room is beautiful and professionally done and my house had minimal impact, other than the room itself. I have a few floor projects coming up in the coming months and the only company I will use is Floors N Design.
It is hard to find quality work, good customer service and flexibility nowadays, so when you do please take advantage of it. It is a pleasure doing business with Daniel and his crew and I have never been disappointed. If you want great work, wonderful customer service, and the security with knowing you are paying for quality then I suggest you call them! Joy

I am extremely satisfied with FloorsNDesign's work in installation of the solid wood floor in a large room in my house. The room's foundation has a higher than normal moisture reading. The owner of FnD, Daniel, is very knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He took every necessary steps (including measuring the moisture of the ground and monitoring the temperature and humidity in the room) for proper installation to ensure that the wood floor is protected from the moisture underneath. I rate FnD as excellent in everyone of the following: professionalism, quality, integrity and customer service; AND, his fees is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
