Everything went as planned. Customer service is premium, they answer immediately and with timely communications. Things that needed change were changed and all in all the experience is a very satisfactory one. Thanks to Liliana and Carlos as well as to all the crew that worked in our kitchen.

From start to finish our salesman Carlos Ruiz made this project a breeze. Every concern we had was addressed. He went over and above with his service and professionalism. We highly recommend Carlos Ruiz and his team for your future pergola and outdoor kitchen.

They built a nice looking outdoor kitchen on my rooftop. But 4 years later the waterfall granite countertop is falling apart! One side just separated and fell off. They refused to repair and said I was out of luck. warranty expired. I'm very disappointed in the quality of workmanship and the attitude of the people there!

If we could go back and choose another company we would. For the 30k + we spent on this kitchen, I had hopes of a higher end experience. I understand they are flooded with work right now and perhaps it wasn't the best time to start this type of project, but no matter how many clients you have at the moment, customer service should not be compromised no matter the price point.

We are too far invested in this project after paying for half and waiting what will be 6 + months for delivery to cancel and go with another company. They do not seem to me to really have any design expertise, they have very basic ideas and materials- if you are looking for something a bit more unique this is not the place. They have been incredibly sloppy.

They did not take note on the account of additions and removals or items after signing paperwork and paying for said items, nothing was reflected on the account or the drawings. One example, we had removed a sink, and they had included it in the plans anyway. They forgot to add two electrical outlets (we paid $1500 for?). We never received updated drawings/plans after any additions or removals.

When they came to do the final meeting and layout of the kitchen, they did not have the paperwork or drawings to go along with our project and asked us to print them. During this meeting they also put the kitchen about one foot off of the original design. The meeting felt very rushed and that they wanted us to sign the paperwork quickly to get out of our home.

They said they would be sending out a plumber to meet with us and he never showed on said day they had scheduled and stopped by randomly the following week without heads up. I never received follow up regarding that. They finally scheduled installation, however they did not show up, only to tell me they made a mistake on their end after leaving me waiting and rearranging my schedule to accommodate them.

I am honestly scared to see what the final result will be after such a unprofessional experience thus far. I only hope that they will be able to redeem themselves and make such an outstanding kitchen, that when we look at it we will not be reminded of this expensive mistake.

I started looking to have an outdoor kitchen built for me about 2 years ago. After multiple visits to a number of companies, I always ended up back at Luxapatio. My wife and I started working with Carlos Ruiz early this year and although there were delays on product due to the pandemic, the project completed and we are extremely pleased. Carlos was great. Horrible experience with Luxapatio. Great showroom, marketing, and nice sales people, however, that's where it ends. Business conduct is unprofessional and unethical with lack of construction supervision causing constant correction of work. A four to six week project turned to over six months with no change in scope and no COVID delays! Luxapatio via the Director of Operations, Sebastian, put me under constant duress throughout the project to change original terms, accept new terms, sign waivers of Luxapatio responsibility and accept that certain open items would not be corrected or damages cured.

If I did not accept, Luxapatio threatened to abandon the project or put a lien on my property even though there were no open invoices! All threats done via email by the Director of Operations who (with one exception early in the project) would not visit the site or meet with me and supervisor on the issues. He also refused to speak on the phone. Likely a tactic to not directly acknowledge their errors or damages.

He indicated that he relied completely on Juan, the Supervisor of the project. This supervisor had no work plan, barely spent time on job site, lacked the ability and/or desire to properly review work or progress, brought incorrect materials to the site for workers and even lied as to materials that were used being that contracted for! I had to supervise daily and take pictures for evidence to have incorrect materials, errors and deviations from standard construction protocol corrected.

Various errors were unwillingly agreed to be corrected as they could not further deny the errors with support provided. When proper direction and materials were agreed to and eventually provided to workers by Luxapatio, the workers did actually execute properly. Luxapatio claims to make custom outdoor kitchens and agreed to items during the sales process but later constantly claimed things were outside the "standard" work they do and they gave push back to complete work as promised. Errors include BBQ not fitting properly into their structure due to wrong measurements and a BBQ grill appliance pipe causing an obstruction.

The latter was previously identified as an issue by Luxapatio but not fully remedied and I am now advised that it would not be corrected! Floor damages were also caused by Luxapatio and acknowledged. After various non professional and unsuccessful attempts to cure, I am now told the damages are acceptable and would not be cured since my floor wasn't 'pristine' anyway!

After 6 months of ongoing issues, weeks of no show at the jobsite to correct existing open items and emails claiming they would not cure the issue, I decided to just use the BBQ. Luxapatio's response was since I used the BBQ they deem it as my acknowledgement that their work was completed regardless of endless communications to the contrary. Yet another deceptive practice to stall and avoid responsibility.

The constant supervision and duress Luxapatio put me and my husband through, along with their many threats as a response to requests to build a custom outdoor kitchen with standard construction protocol and design requested was unimaginable. My husband and I were working from home, have construction knowledge, and evidenced the issues with pictures/videos and we still endured this experience.

We highly recommend Luxapatio if your looking for an outdoor kitchen. We found the people in the showroom to be very professional and helpful. Carlos Ruiz worked with me and my wife and walked us through the entire process. We appreciated his advice and expertise with design ideas and products. The installation team were excellent and professional and cleaned up after their work was done. We couldn't be happier with the final product and with how the folks, especially Carlos, treated us throughout the process.

Total satisfaction es the summary of our experience with Luxapatio. Jose Diaz understood what we wanted and designed an amazing outdoor kitchen. The installation crew was professional and efficient and did an amazing job, quality workmanship. Delivered on everything promised in the expected time frame. We were notified daily of the process advance and next steps. Would use them again for sure.

We had a wonderful experience with Luxapatio. They delivered on what they promised. Jose Perez and Juan Calana were always available by phone if we had any questions. Luxapatio is an amazing company. Carlos Ruiz was very professional and always kept me informed of the process. Carlos made the process was very smooth and he was always available even for weekends and holidays. He gave us great suggestions for our outdoor kitchen. He surpassed our expectations to the point that I'm going to keep working with them now for our pergola roof!

I highly recommend this service for anyone who wants a great quality outdoor kitchen as well as anything else patio related. I don't normally write these reviews but the service was beyond what we could have asked for. Normally with contractor work it's either hit or miss, however, you could tell that the people at Luxapatio had a lot of experience.

They were very professional and finished the job promptly. They would let us know daily what time they were coming in and what they were accomplishing for the day. The longest time of the project is due to the inherent shipping period of all appliances, but besides that the time frame is not long at all. Thats not to say that they sacrifice any quality as the finishes were spectacular and very functional.

They also have great customer service and gave our family a tutorial on how to work and care for the appliances. I have already done two backyard renovations with them (outdoor kitchen and a minigolf area), and they will surely be the first I call when I want another one. -Franklin Regalado

From beginning to end with Luxapatio my wife and I were extremely happy. We went in not necessarily knowing exactly what we are looking for and thankfully we had a great salesman, Jose, help us through the entire process. Jose was extremely knowledgeable about the various grills but also helped us choosing one that was not only a great quality grill, but a great value too.

He then linked us up with the rest of the team including Juan and some of the people in the office. Once construction began they kept us pretty informed along the way. I had a Ceramic grill which I didn't even buy from them, but as I rite this email Jose had just left, he personally came over to help me move the grill onto the platform they built. Pricing was also very fair as well. Would highly recommend to check these guys out.

Very Good and On-Time We also did our patio renewal with this company and then decided to award them the outdoor kitchen. This part was all-around better executed. They communicated on a daily basis letting us know the next steps and the entire job was delivered quickly and on-time.

My husband and I are very happy with not only the finished product but the entire process at Luxapatio. Carlos was our sales person and was available by phone or text throughout the process. He helped us design our dream outdoor kitchen and stayed within our budget (we know this is difficult with any design process). What was most impressive is that we gave them a very tight turnaround time as we had our gender reveal party and wanted it be done and perfect and they did it!

He made sure the entire process was seamless and his positive attitude and fantastic customer service was unparalleled. Finally, the quality of their work was top of the line. I give my highest recommendation to Carlos and his team at Luxapatio!

I went some time ago, they had a great selling team, but once you are hooked and have paid the struggle begins! First, the barely keep up the same people, so once you kind of know the installer they change him (no wonder?) so the installation process is a huge mess and complication. but lets say the work is done, now FORGET ABOUT ANY WARRANTY they told you existed, there is absolutely no possibilities they honor this.

They will NEVER SHOW UP, NEVER REPAIR, NEVER WILL ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS, basically there is NO POST SERVICE OR WARRANTY. I think there are lots of places in Miami to find good service, so why go to these people that will never give you any kind of service, TERRIBLE! Don't waste your money, and if you just want to give it away give it to charity - good deed! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Best company in the Bussines! Hands down! Carlos our salesperson took care of our project and had it done, just before our daughters birthday party. The quality of the work is is by far the best one we seeing out there since we did our research before we decide to trust our project to Luxapatio. The workers that did the building of the structure everyday, clean the area before they leave.

We have 2 other companies doing our gates and floor on the outside patio and we notice the difference of why you paid a little extra with Luxapatio is a stress free and very communicative.we recommend Luxapatio if your planning to have an outdoor kitchen for long time

I used Luxapatio to build my outdoor kitchen and I'm very satisfied. The job was completed in 3 weeks beginning with a kick off meeting. I was asked what my preferred method of communication was and I received information daily with what the next steps were. The materials used were of great quality and if at any point I was not satisfied they made the adjustment and didn't hesitate to talk through it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for your outdoor kitchen needs!

This place is GREAT! Their showroom is 5 stars and they offer multiple services and options focused on outdoor kitchens. I highly recommend visiting their showroom. Love it.

Fantastic company, did exactly what they said they would, built us a beautiful, high quality and functional kitchen, were extremely efficient, professional, attentive to all details and delivered on time. Highly recommend, they know what they're doing.

It's funny even though I own one of the biggest transportation companies in Florida I am a very humble person, drive a regular car, dress T-shirt's and sweat pants. The sale person treated me like I was wasting his time and kept emphasizing that cost of each kitchen. Had to leave, if he only knew that I can buy his entire store I'm positive he would have been more receptive and cooperative. Can't do business with a stuck up store.

I just recently did a Pergola and a complete outside BBQ kitchen with Luxapatio. The customer experience was excellent. The Sales Process was very smooth. My salesperson listened to my needs very carefully and did not try to push products on me that I did not need. Their Operations Team was great and they kept the project on time without any problems.

The teams that they sent to do to job to my resident were very professional and courteous. The Quality of the job done was very good and I don't have any complaints about it. I will recommend Luxapatio without hesitation if you want to do a great Outdoor project in your house.

Only bother calling these people if you plan on spending tons of money with them. My husband and I built our pergola, ourselves, in an attempt to save money because we just got married earlier this year. We called them to get a quote for having the roof of the pergola done and they said they were not interested in working with us because we did not do everything with them. Our friends just used them and spent Thousands of dollars, and recomended them to us. Luxapatio can rest assure neither one of us will be using them again.

I had my patio done by Luxapatio and couldn't be happier with the results! The whole process was very pleasant. From my first visit to the showroom up until the very last day, I was always treated with respect and kept in the loop of everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend!

We contracted Luxapatio to do our pergola and outside grill/kitchen area. Their showroom is quite spectacular. They have a ton of different options displayed. The sales process wasn't as pleasant though. We booked an appointment to review the quote and see in person the materials and equipment the salesperson was quoting us on. When we got to the appointment, he gave us the contract to sign and when I reminded him that I wanted to take a look at the materials and options before signing, he got frustrated.

This made me feel awkward. We signed the contract anyway. Besides that person, everyone is extremely polite, respectful and attentive. The crew, the girls in the office, everyone. It was a good experience dealing with them. I had a few hiccups with them not letting me know beforehand when someone was going to be at my home working, but that's all.

The work was done to my satisfaction and they work very clean. No mess, and garbage was never left behind. The pergola and kitchen look amazing and they don't take shortcuts. These guys know what they are doing.

Incredible showroom and staff. Sometimes it's hard to picture appliances in your home when you see them on a website or catalog. One visit to their showroom and I knew exactly what I wanted in my home. Their staff is friendly and were able to give me great advice based on my patio's dimensions, and built me a quote relatively fast considering the amount of work to be done! Great company and my patio looks fantastic!

This is the right place for anyone in the market for a Patio Makeover, Grill or any Outdoor Kitchen appliance. In addition, this Showroom is the best I've seen! Great Customer Service and great products!

This company is the worst--well--the salesman that helped us was the worst. We scheduled an appointment, he arrived the wrong day/tim (ok, fine, we are all human) and took two hours of our time taking measurements and talking our ear off. We followed up several times to get our quote--literally chased this guy--and never heard back. He told us to come in the following saturday to the showroom and, upon seeing us walk in, he said (YES, OUT LOUD) -- "Oh, i wasn't expecting you today.

I have other paying clients coming in". Asides form being completely rude and an utterly vacant salesman, this was a COLOSSAL waste of time. Not to mention we were EAGER to spend our money on a new patio and hardscaping package. Don't bother going here, as there rare other local and more reputable companies that actually treat you like clients and respect you.
