Deva S. Khalsa became an entrepreneur in 1976 when he moved his family to South Florida. He acquired a fledgling lawn company in Miami. Deva quickly realized that the company's monthly costs were exceeding the company's meager monthly income. Undaunted, he went about restructuring the firm in order to bring his vision to fruition.
That company, Nanak's Landscaping, is recognized today as one of the largest landscape contracting companies in the state of Florida. As Deva restructured, he set out to improve the quality of employees and began working on more notable projects.As the word spread about the quality service and innovative designs the company provided, Nanak's Landscaping was sought after for landscape maintenance and new plant installation at high-end residential homes.

Worst lawn service imaginable! They service my community and they do a horrible job. They leave my front patio, patio furniture, and entrance walkway covered in dirt and leaves. They even blow it the leaves in my backyard under the fence. It's so frustrating that yesterday I cleaned my entrance way and backyard for them to come today and wreck it like always! They'll leave the leaves in a big pile and leave for the day. I would never recommend anyone get a contract with this company.

I've never written a review before in my life. I'm doing it for the first time right now because of how enfuriating this situation is. This is the THIRD time the gardeners have cut my ATT internet wire just DAYS away from when the technicians were coming to buy it. It is a BLACK CABLE with BRIFHT RED LABELS so they can see it and AVOID IT, which they didn't.
We have sent several emails to the company to no response. This is absolutely unacceptable. Extremely poor quality of customer service, we will be contacting our clubhouse to complain formally to get this as high as possible. We have online classes to take, my mother works from home and we have no way of connecting to our network now that they have cut our cable TWICE IN ONE MONTH AND FOR THE THIRD TIME TOTAL. Completely baffling how unprofessional these people are.

I applied here once, and they set up an interview. They HR manager sent me a Zoom link with no date and time, so I had to ask clarifying questions about WHEN it would be taking place. Day of, I waited 30 minutes. Sent two texts to the guy who called me and 3 emails during that 30 minutes, asking if I'd gotten the date and time wrong. They finally called me 40 MINUTES LATE, and asked if I could provide an email for a new Zoom link.
When I asked for an explanation about why they were late (twice), Will (the guy who called) got defensive and said "Well, it's obvious this isn't going to work out." If that's how they treat people they are looking to hire, how do you think they'll treat you as a client?

Alot of favoritism and arrogance in the arbor division I initially got hired for safety, and experience in the Industry. I got told I wasn't there for production climbing I was there for safety and leadership.2 weeks in I got told I wasn't meeting production. 5 weeks in was told I was being given my 90day evaluation and told it wasn't looking good.
The arbor managers failure to follow company policies also failure in disciplining employees when it came to breaking those policies for cutting or pruning trees over vehicles and damaging vehicles on properties.

I have been working with Nanak's for several years through several different projects. No company is perfect, but I respect - and appreciate - their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure when all is done I am satisfied. When I voice a concern they are quick to seek out answers and make sure it's addressed to my satisfaction. After hurricane Irma last year we had a major tree fall to the ground and cause a major headache in our parking lot and the Nanak's team were quick to respond to clean up the mess as well as provide a full removal/stump grinding when all was said and done. From initial installation to maintenance to all things in between I am thankful for the professionalism of the company and the team assigned to me.

Personally, not even a star is deserved for the poorly work done at the Quatraine Community in Miami, yesterday, 10/26/18, I certainly hope along with other homeowners yesterday awful task to be first and last service provided by your landscaping company. It was a very messy, pathetic perhaps unprofessional performance. Not only so, I personally experienced disrespectful attitude from two of your workers for taking a picture of the truck parked in our property parking lot.
