EME Fence

Excellent quality and workmanship on installation of an aluminum fence. Lead times are long but that was made clear at time of estimate/order.

Flawless service at a reasonable cost. I only required a wooden gate to be adjusted because it was sagging but it was fixed promptly and properly.

Process of quote and acceptance was fine. I was told they were a bit behind and the work may take 6/8 weeks to get to. No problem, it has been a rough time. I was asked to remove a few things from the old fence area and they would call me and let me know when they would be here. I had one Honeysuckle bush base I told them I would remove when they called as it had grown through the old fence and I would have to chainsaw it down and remove that entire piece of fence.

Also if I just removed that piece of fence, my geriatric dogs would go right through it for a walk so it would be removed totally when we got a call. We did everything we said we would, and left 22' clear which surpassed the quoted mend. 5 months later and the bush is growing branches again and I can't get a call or anything from EME about the "work" they were so pleased to do, but never did or even called me to get started.

No word back from Operations or whoever, no call from the actual fence guys. no call, no show. I wouldn't call them again and I have two new spots where trees have fallen on my fence.

EME fixed the damaged chain link fence around our pool. We had to wait awhile for an appointment because they're so busy, but it was worth the wait. Once the guys were here, they did the job quickly, they were friendly, and the price was reasonable. Now the fence is straight and sturdy, and properly cemented into the ground. Thanks!

Had almost 300 feet of chain link fence installed last year. Very professional from the initial call to fence Installation. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a fence contractor

Installed our fence quickly and had reasonable pricing. They even fixed a minor issue we had after it had been over a year since installation free of charge. We couldn't be happier with this company!

No star, based on unprofessionalism in customer communication. EME Fencing came out to the house, provided an estimate, had a signed contract completed; however the work was never started. At minimum, we should have been given updates on why the work was not initiated in a timely manner. Crickets is what we got!. I would not recommend this company at all. One star is too much, there is not a button for less than that.

Nicest family in fencing. They always have the hardware or software (wood) that I need for repairs. They even stopped by to replace broken stockade pickets, in the past, FREE. If I ever need advice on 18 different types of fencing, gates, logistics or practicality, I'll stop by for a joke and a smile. It's so much more than a "fence company".

We had a fence put in both our yard and our neighboring rental. The actual quoting and installation process went pretty well. While our resulting fence is a little curvy (lines not quite straight) and too many of the pieces of wood have the lumberyard stamps facing out, the overall look was okay. Acceptable. Then, about a year later, knots in the wood started popping out.

We would find them on the ground on either side of the fence. I called and someone came out to look at it and said, "They would never pop out unless you pushed them." Really? Because I didn't and they did. I was assured that some replacement boards I could use to replace boards that had holes in them myself would be dropped off. In the meantime, I went around the length of the fence applying wood glue to all of the knots, sometimes picking knots off the ground and glueing them back in.

Which is just as well, since no boards were ever dropped off. If you want a short-term fence to help you sell a house or something, these are your people. If you consider adding a fence to be an investment in your property, get more for your money and seek out a different company.

Great company to deal with. They keep their promises, show up on time and do really good work.

Had them come out and get measurements to get a quote. Once i got the quote i had them deliver the materials to the house and installed the fence myself. Leftover materials were able to be returned for a refund.

We began getting estimate for a new fence in the fall of 2017 between our two properties. EME had a reasonable rate and could complete the work on our time. the following spring. we agreed to and signed a contract. the work was to begin March of 2018. at the end of March and no word from EME i sent an email. The respondent was rude but stated that they were 4 weeks away from beginning. 5 weeks later and no word, i sent another email, once again a rude response of two more weeks before they begin. weeks later, still no response, i sent a third email. the respondent stated it should be this week but will "check with Ron and get back with me." I followed up the third email with a call to "Ron" and no one has called or emailed. we have moved on but have shared our displeasure with hundreds via social media and will continue to share our story. i do not recommend getting involved with EME. they appear to be disorganized, rude and unprofessional.

Our company will have to submit another review when work has been completed. It hasn't been the pricing or the quality of work that is a problem but the communication from the front office. Since we submitted a signed agreement to engage EME on 3/1, I have called at least 10-12 times. I have never spoken to anyone in the office. I have left voicemails and sent 9 emails.

The emails have eventually been answered but with answers like this: "I will let you know when I know", "I will have to check", "I will have owner get back to you" - which has never happened. It is unfortunate that poor communication with a customer by administrative staff has sullied this company's reputation in our minds.

I'd give a review on the product but since they can't seem to get the railings I've ordered to me that's not going to happen. I signed a contract 9 weeks ago for railings. I was told they should arrive in 4 weeks. I've emailed a dozen times asking for an eta. The only response I get is, "I'll check with Ron and let you know." The only exceptions to that response is the last response I received which was, "I'll have Ron call you later today or tomorrow." That was a couple days ago. No call. We're ready to cancel our order and go with eads.

Never have I seen a place so disorganized. First, they couldn't give me a price on two rott iron gates then, they sent a salesman to my house to measure, he said they would call me with price the next day.here's where i t get crazy. I got no call for two weeks so, I went to there office- store. The lady in charge knew nothing about it. She promise she would find the paperwork and call me, next day.no call.twoo more weeks later, I go back.again, she has no idea who I am or what I ordered then, wanted to argue with me like it was my fault.when I left, she said to give her two days, she would call.nobody has, 6 months later. I would never recommend this company to anyone.period!. They have no idea what there doing!

EME Fence repaired our chain link fence, but they were incredibly professional even though ours was just a small job. The Operations Manager emailed a reasonable quote, and she quickly and competently answered my questions. They were able to get to us ahead of schedule. The workman was eager to make sure I was pleased with the work, and he did a great job on the repair. If we need fencing in the future, I'm calling these guys first.
