I enjoyed working with the Virtue Solar team from my initial contact and through the entire installation process. And following installation, they (Peter, Matt and Kim) have responded to my questions just as quickly and thoughtfully as they did during the process. All members are very knowledgeable and able to explain details very well. They kept me informed of the processes and timing as well as scheduling the work needed.
I am very happy with the new production and backup system and especially when my grid power goes out! The battery is very quiet, I really don't hear it at all; its performance happens seamlessly when the grid is down. What a relief to sit back and enjoy the day.

They have been great for us. Weve had them design and install four systems thus far. One ground mount and three roof mounts. The folks at Virtue are easy to work with. Service was professional, well priced, and the finished product looks beautiful. I would recommend these guys all day to anyone in Va looking to go solar. I dont give out top notch reviews to those who dont deserve it ( look at my review history) but virtue totally does.

This company is professional start to finish. We found them knowledgeable, honest, enjoyable and we didnt have to clean up one thing at end of each day. They made this new experience easy as they took care of every detail from permitting to the final turn on. They offered the lower (price per kW) of the two bids I received and were great about answering my questions and accurately setting my expectations. Their roof inspection also caught an issue that probably saved me a lot of money in the long run! Installation was a breeze, and the team was friendly, quick, and tidy. Highly recommended!

Virtue Solar nailed our solar project. We installed a 14.5kw system with their help. Spec'ed it, came in the lowest bid but handled everything really well. Had some normal software issues with the technology (not a big deal), but they worked with the manufacturer to fix it no problem. Nothing negative to say - just great work at a fantastic price. Really happy with all of it.

Matt and his team completed a residential solar install on our house in Northern Virginia in July of 2017 and we could not be more pleased. After getting several quotes, Virtue Solar was definitively the most comprehensive and reasonable. The panel array and inverter look great, are unobtrusive, and will get us to net zero with a faster payback thanks to Virtues great work and great pricing. Highly recommended!

Virtue Solar is the best! We interviewed several companies and Matt's company really stood out. Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, good communications all the way through the process. They designed the system that fit our needs, not the one some dealer wanted to sell. We are very pleased with our system and excited to be generating clean energy.
