Hecht Home Improvement LLC replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts in spring 2024. Chris Hecht, the owner, was so wonderful to work with and the cost was reasonable! They got the job done in one day and did a thorough cleanup before they left. Chris even moved a downspout that wasnt in the proper location and had been causing water leaks in a corner of the basement. Weve had a dry basement ever since. It rained the night of the install, and Chris came out personally the next morning to check on the gutters/downspouts and to make sure we were satisfied with the new roof. They really did a great job, and our roof is beautiful! Couldnt be happier!

I initially contacted Hect home improvement for an estimate based off of the good reviews. Chris scheduled a time to come out and look at my roof and provided different options and explained what he would do. I wound up choosing Hect and he kept me updated on when materials and dumpsters would be delivered. His crew was quick, clean, and did quality work. I have a large roof (72 square) with quite a bit of 12:1 pitch. I had 15+ companies come out to quote replacing it. Most of them didnt have a crew that could/would work on my roof. Chris got the job and did a tremendous job! My roof looks amazing, and Im confident it will last 30+ years with the high quality shingles I selected. Chris did such a great job I plan to hire him to replace the roof on an investment property Im buying. Im selective when it comes to giving recommendations. I highly recommend Chris.
