My daughter referred Zen windows when I was looking for window replacement. Super easy working with Brad. Over the phone he asked how many windows needed replacement and then sent an email with a brochure. Brad measured my windows, confirmed the estimate and when the windows came in, the installation team was punctual, professional and friendly. In only day, the old windows were out and the new windows were in. The next day they finished caulking the outside. The installation team was neat and clean. Everything looked great when they finished. I was and I am still pleased.

The best thing about working with Brad, and Zen Windows here in Nashville is that no job is too big or small. I first did 2 windows. I was satisfied with the work. Then I came back the next two years and did 10 more and then 12 more windows, including several very large windows on the second floor of the house. Brad is great. He knows that he will earn your repeat business. No pressure. Get the job done at the rate that you can afford.

My sweet house was in need of some replacement windows and I was given the Name Zen Window's as a company to get a quote for this job. I was able to get the three sections ate the top of the window which fit with the date my home was built. I was also able to get textured glass on the bottom part for the windows in my bathroom. They look wonderful and easy to clean. I would recommend working with Zen Window.

We recently underwent window replacement by Zen Windows. They did a great job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. We had our old single pane windows replaced with Lotus double hung double pane Windows with solar low E glass. We love them. A lot less noise from the outside. Much lower electricity bills.

I had a great experience with Zen Windows (Nashville, TN)! Brad, my main point of contact, was quick to respond, very friendly and informative. I looked at a few other companies in the area, but they all had a larger markup with longer wait times for replacement. In final preparations for the five window replacements, Brad made a suggestion for four windows re sizes of panels which I immediately accepted as I was about to suggest it myself. This was to have the center panel of the window being much larger and the two side panels smaller. This provides a larger, uninterrupted view which my wife especially likes on the bedroom window. We are one of very few in this large condo complex who have this arrangement. Installation went smoothly with Brad everywhere making sure all was done well.

The entire Zen window replacement experience was first rate. Brad was efficient and very expedient in the sales process. He did not waste time with unnecessary sales tactics. Rony and his crew were phenomenal in the installation process. They were professional, courteous and meticulous. Although they could have finished in two days, they came back for a third day just to make sure everything was right. This included repair of multiple rotting issues on my old windows. We searched a number of window replacement firms. Brad of Zen Windows was the most thorough in his estimate, appeared to offer several hi-quality lines and very competitive pricing. Plus, important to us, the windows are US made. We couldnt be more satisfied. The install crew was competent, speedy and did a superb job while also completely cleaning up each day. Zen windows of Nashville, owner, Brad Alexander replaced 39 windows in our home 5 years ago. We have been very pleased with them. The workers did a great job in a timely manner. The product has held up well. Yesterday we had them out to fix one window that would not stay open and they repaired it, no charge and lifetime warranty.

After many years of wanting to replace a standard window in our kitchen with a bay window, we decided on Zen Windows. Although we never heard of this company or its products, needless to say contacting them was the best decision we made. Brad the owner/salesman, met with us and answered all our questions and concerns, showed us an example of the Zen Window product and gave us a time frame from ordering to the actual installation.
There was no high pitched sale to buy and no money required as a deposit. Once we decided to order and then when our bay window arrived, the entire install process went like clockwork. Brad was on site with his crew who were very careful to protect both the inside and outside of our home during demolition of the old window. He also kept up informed at each step in the process of the installation of the new bay window.
The end result is stunning! An unattractive, flat, dark window has now been replaced by a open and bright Zen Window. It looks great and the installation was perfect. Thanks Brad and crew. We will be back for more windows!
