The P.U.R.T. cleaner they use to remove pet urine odor actually works! The odor had been on the fabric of my couch and recliner for several months so I was VERY skeptical. I honestly still cant believe its gone. But that wasnt even the best part of my experience - TRAVIS was. He was the serviceman that came to do the cleaning and I am still in shock at how wonderful he was. Professional, kind, hard-working, top-of-the-line work ethic, animal lover, pays attention to detail, respectful - these are the top adjectives that come to mind to describe this man. Ive had a lot of various services performed at my house in recent months and none of the workmen even came close to comparing to him.

Within a very short amount of time it became very clear that HE wasnt going to be satisfied if he didnt do everything he could to take care of this. This is a leather-blend sofa and recliner so it was the fabric underneath that needed the treatment. He told me he had never treated this kind of fabric before and gave me no false expectations - he was very honest that he didnt know if this would take care of it completely.

He showed so much concern for my things. And my cats! He made sure they were where I wanted them to be before he got started. I just cant say enough good things about the entire experience. Thank you again Travis.

I have used Aladdin Chem-Dry for 10+ years. Excellent service, technicians are courteous, professional, and very thorough. Carpets satisfactorily cleaned and dries in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stairs and high traffic areas are satisfactorily done also. I highly recommend using a non-steamed method because it dries much quicker and doesn't saturate carpet which causes the carpet pad to deteriorate much faster.

I needed service on the same day and was able to get an appointment. The company did a great job on show notice.

I haven't had my carpets cleaned in over 20 years. Aladdan Chem-Dry arrived ahead of the scheduled time and in less than 2 hours had 2 sets of stairs and 4 rooms cleaned and looking fabulous. They are now clean, soft and very bright!

Moved into our new home and had them out the same day. The previous owner had a cat and my husband is allergic to them. Wanted to try and help the situation. Guys we're kind and did a great job. Got some stains out. We went with the healthy home package.

On time, very polite. Rug is a cream berber and 12 years old. It didn't come as clean as in previous cleanings so that was a bit disappointing, but we have used this service a few times prior and the rug always looked almost brand new. I believe I selected a cleaning method that I had not tried in the past, and probably will not try again in the future. I usually go with the original method but didn't this time.

The workers were prompt and helpful in discussing what they would and wouldn't do. They removed the spots, and I was able to walk on the carpets in a couple of hours. I liked that they did not stay wet for a long time or have a lingering odor.
