M&M Chem-Dry did an excellent job cleaning my carpet! I thought I needed to replace the carpet, but Mark made it look new again. I was amazed at difference he made! Mark also shared tips for taking care of the carpet, and removing stains (which I thought I had to live with!) I will definitely call M&M Chem -Dry the next time I need my carpet or furniture cleaned.

My carpets were a mess, both from homes previous owners and my 6 aging rescue dogs, and two cats. I purchased the whole shebang. Perk, sanitizer, sealer because I know the animals will still have accidents. Mark educated me about products to use and avoid. I have to admit my expectations were low because the carpet was a mess. But wow, what a difference. I mean I wish I'd taken before photos. If I could give 6 out of 5 I would. Will certainly use M&M again

When I called to schedule I got to speak to the owner and person doing the job immediately. They called before arrival and explained everything, including cost, before getting started. They were very open about what they could and could not do as well as what they could or could not guarantee. Throughout the visit they continued to share information about the job and recommendations for the future. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Mark was great and very knowledgeable! He explained every step of the cleaning process. He was able to get out a 4 month old coffee stain, and kids silly puddy. I also have a dog and cat and vacuum regularly but I was amazed by how much hair he was able to lift from deep down. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a professional clean, very friendly and affordable!

Mark was great & explained the whole process in dearth. He had great tips and recommendations as well. We just moved into a home and the carpets were looking a little rough. Mark took 10 years off, allowing us to get the last of thenusable life out of them before relaxing in a few years. You can trust M & M to take good care of you!

Mark and Mary are fantastic! They are reliable and very courteous. It's not a bother having them in my home. What they've done to my carpet and area rugs is amazing. With two pets in the home, it's hard to keep things clean. But, they've managed to leave my home looking and smelling like brand new (even with canine diarrhea issues upstairs.) The cleaners they use are all non-toxic, and with the type of extraction method they use, everything was dry in approx. 2 hours. My home feels soooo fresh! Thank you Mark and Mary! Thanks for calling before you arrived, showing up on time, and doing one heck of a cleaning job. See you next year. :)

I had Mark come in my business to clean the carpets. Very timely, efficient, and courteous. When the job was done, the rugs looked brand new! Mr. Minnich arrived on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner. Care was taken to protect the furniture and the carpet looked really nice and clean. Special effort may have been necessary to complete the stairs and walk-through area of the living room. They looked great and my wife and I were very satisfied. We will tell our friends of the excellent work done by M&M Chem-Dry.
