My expectations were not very high as some stains were old. I showed Brian the stains and he mmediately did a complete walk through and began cleaning. I can't begin to tell you what an outstanding job he did on my carpet. I was thrilled beyond words. I would recommend Chem Dry to everyone. Very good experience. We were able to schedule within a week. They called 30 minutes before they were to be there and did a fantastic job on the carpets. We had some tough stains as we have two kids - and I sometimes spill coffee too - and they got basically everything out. Will definitely use them year after year going forward.

I've been using DC Chem-Dry for years. They always do an amazing job on my carpet. A couple years ago an entire bottle of red wine spilled on my carpet and DC Chem-Dry was out within an hour and got it completely out of my carpet. They are always very professional and leave my carpets looking and smelling fresh. I love that their products are all natural so I don't have to worry about any harsh chemicals around my children.

Customer service is one of the most important factors that I look at when deciding on a service. Josh came out to service our house and he was beyond friendly and was very knowledgeable of his products. The service was speedy however, the only downfall was my recliner that my dog had previously "marked" on still had a strong urine smell. I do know that is not easy to remove and may never actually be 100% removed. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company for your needs.
