Lived in Rochester for many years before moving to Florida, and this place was the best cleaner and the best service I ever experienced. Very satisfied that they were not in a hurry to finish & leave, because the carpet in this rental had not been cleaned before I moved in, & it was super-filthy. Now, I know it is as clean as it can get. // The 2 men were a friendly team with each other, & nice to have them. // The person over the phone who initially made this appointment did a horrible job of writing down my phone number and both my first name and last name, all was incorrect, , though I had slowly spoken it all. These 2 workers could not get in touch with me by phone, because it was wrongly written. I'm glad I heard them knocking on the building's front door.

Exceptional customer service! They truly went above and beyond in cleaning up after we had a deer come crashing through our window. Cleaned rugs, carpet, and furniture. Of all the carpet cleaning I have had done this was the best by far. The carpet looks beautiful and smells great Last cleaner's I had said they deodorize by ther was a definite oder still there. I have a dog so there was a dog smell The two workers were polite and knowledgeable great job I am very pleased.

Needed to have the upstairs and downstairs done because of use and pet odors with some stains that were under furniture. The pet odors were eliminated and the stains were gone at first. When a couple returned they happily came and did another treatment on the stains. This is a great company who stands by their work, I highly recommend them.

I have been using Hauser Chem Dry to clean my carpets for more years than I can remember. With numerous pets, children, friends and visitors our carpets get a work out.
