Steven Cabinets

I was looking for a company that was local in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area that would build three sets of cabinets to match our original beautiful 1927 Arts & Crafts bungalow kitchen cabinets. Through my long search I eventually met with April at Steven Cabinets and hired her as our kitchen designer. With Aprils knowledge and experience with small kitchens, she helped my husband and I redesign the half of our kitchen that needed new cabinets and countertops. Ideas that we couldn't imagine came to fruition and I felt secure last fall leaving our house key with the builders and staff at Steven Cabinets while my husband and I traveled to Poland for 2.5 months volunteering to teach English.

Once they were built, the staff came into the house and fully installed the amazing cabinets while we were away. When I got home, I couldn't have been happier with their work, the attention to detail, and follow up with our dream cabinets. April made sure the hardware, the countertops, scheduling, and oh.so.many other details were always fully in place.

The cabinets are beautiful and are built with such high quality products and detail. I would highly recommend working with this ethical company! Note: When you look at the pictures of my kitchen, subway tile backsplashes come next. Can't wait for this vintage, yet modern kitchen to be finished!

Steven Cabinets does an incredible job on cabinetry, fully custom to semi-custom. I am a designer with a remodeling firm, and can always count on them to deliver amazing cabinetry. Victoria Johnson at Steven Cabinets is great to work with, she has great attention to detail and very responsive. The layout, construction, finish and installation is top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend them!

Steven Cabinets went above and beyond our expectations. High quality work with attention to detail. They worked extremely well with our contractor and their design and planning were perfect. Such a lovely company to work with on our project and we will definitely use them again.

So helpful. I just stopped in to ask about my old cabinets and replacing some of the parts. I wasn't going to spend a ton of money. But, they still took the time to answer my questions and help me.

We have worked with Steven Cabinets on 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen and they have been great. We wanted to remove several cabinets over our center island but were concerned that we would not have enough space in the remaining cabinets. Using a combination of good design and custom sizes our kitchen is more functional than it was before and it looks amazing. Having read some of the other comments about price, I will say that they have been fairly priced, when compared with similar companies. We had bids for less money but we would not have had the same result. The attention to detail and communication is excellent during every phase of the project.

Way over priced. I looked around and got comparable custom cabinets for 1/3 the price. looks nice -if you're rich
