I've had Stanley Steemer in the past and was not happy. I took a chance with this company after seeing they were featured with Farm Bureau on Hall Road Brian Lane. I trust that insurance company and I figured if they Trust this cleaning company I felt I was going to be in good hands and I was. I had text Dawn after I saw a post with her and Ryan Lane's company she text me right back and she actually was able to get me in the very next day.

They called to let me know when they were going to be about 20 minutes out also called when they arrived super efficient I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and he has a wonderful personality. Aside from all that he did a fantastic job and even offered to move all the stuff back if I needed help with anything. From here on out they have my vote thank you so much.

I'm so glad I found this company! I have two dogs, one younger one that has been following the senior dog around and peeing wherever the elderly dog loses control of his bladder. Lakeside was able to get me in in two days, and Melissa spent almost 3 hours on her hands and knees treating every urine spot with their special enzymatic cleaner. She was friendly, professional, and my living room smells better than it has in months. :-). I will definitely use them again! Bonus: it's a three-woman-owned-and-operated business :)

They went above and beyond, and deserve many more stars! My father had been bedridden in a room with white carpet for nine months- it was a disaster area! They worked very diligently, and I cant imagine that anyone could have obtained a better result. Also did a fabulous job on the sofa cushions!

Very professional, did a very thorough job of cleaning old pet stains off of a large wool area rug. They even came back free of charge to add a deodorizer treatment to freshen the smell of the wool!

Melissa was so nice. This was the easiest process to book. Great service on the phone and when Melissa got here I knew I was in good hands. She went over everything in great detail and really took her time. I was surprised its usually in and out, my carpet have never looked cleaner in all the years Ive been getting them steamed. This is a different process and it obviously works.

They dont send contractors out to your house. Its the actual owner of the company, well, one of the owners. I was very very impressed. When you call Stanley Steemer. Stanley does not come out. Very impressed. Ive already referred them twice to my family and Ill definitely be using them next year.

Lakeside Chem-dry came out to remove pet urine stains from my apartment. From the start this business was very friendly, helpful and took the time to anwser all my questions! They were able to work with my schedule and come out in the evening which I appreciated so much! She did a very good job making sure to get all the urine spots with a urine treatment! Yesterday we had our carpets cleaned by Melissa and Rochelle. Even though there was an electrical storm looming. These ladies are dynomos. They had many obsticels to navagate. Including a rail for a chair lift for 3 flights of stairs, 34 year old carpeting, heavy furniture and stuff all around as we just moved in.
