The team who came out to access the initial problem, arrived on time, did what they set out to do, gave us a detailed explanation of the problem. The owner of the company made a second visit to assure us that his company could handle the issue. They did so in a timely manner. We were impressed with the company because he and his team ended up working over time.
They did so without complaint. He gave us the weekend to make sure the unit was working properly. Giving them time to fix any additional issues if needed. Everything was working even better than before. He followed up with us a few times after to stand behind his companys work. I would gladly refer this company to others. An owner who truly cares about his companys work ethics, doing a good job, completing a task as promised and has great customer service; is a business I hope is around for a long time.

Simply put, I took a chance and chose Majano Heating and A/C to repair my unit because the reviews really stuck out to me. Our air conditioner went out the night before and I called Majanos the next morning and they were here by 2:30. The problem was fixed in a very short time and up and running again. Mid July is no time for your air conditioner to go out in Louisiana. Not just because of the heat, but also because you may be waiting a while for someone to be able to come out. After calling around and getting recommendations for the past two days, a friend recommended me to Majano Heating and AC; This was Friday afternoon. The earliest I could get before I called him was Tuesday or Wednesday, if there was a cancellation.
The thermostat in my home was reading 92 and up at times. I called Majano. Very professional, very concerned and eager to help. He said he could come Monday at 12. He was there a little after 10, assessed the problem, got the parts and got me up and running. Great service! Ido happily recommend them to any and everyone.

Juan came out the same day I called and helped fix an issue I was having with my two HVAC units in the attic. He diagnosed the problem and fixed both units in just a few minutes. Juan came out within a couple hours of my initial cry for help! He knew immediately why the compressor wasn't running. He changed the part, and I found his price to be fair. He was polite, professional and honest, and I will try him first in the future should I need additional repairs. I am considering hiring him to install a second unit in my home. (I really liked that he was willing to give a free estimate before any repairs were agreed upon.)
